if your construction is using a car engine, you just remove the connection between the wheel and the engine, but that's simple, just go to the wheel settings and then go to the engine option and deselect the engine where the wheel is on.

@AWESOMENESS360 actually, there are clearly UFOS videos on the internet that are clearly CGI, but in a small corner of the internet there actually are actual UFOS videos and photos, but they are rarely seen and understood by people, I believe in stuff like that, but there are a lot of videos made in CGI around, but in the case of the TR-6 TELOS video I never saw this video, but I saw the Pentagon video
