@Bryan5 For structural safety purposes, the F-14 had a computing system called "Central Air Data Computer" (CADC). It basically moved the wings back automatically depending on the aircraft's speed, in order to avoid the wings from getting structurally damaged at high speeds. To visually see an idea of how it worked, Check out my F-14. For more information Check out this video
@OrderlyHippo Thanks :). The Swivel nozzle Lift system was very very tricky, and the whole VTOL system got very sophisticated... Lots of algebra...
I tried entering to the VTOL challenge but because of the part count I couldn't get in. For some reason Simpleplanes kinda crashes A LOT for me when builds get sophisticated, and I couldn't be bothered with trying to fix it..
@V thank you for your consideration!
Should you have any positive or negative feedback from a VR perspective, feel free to advise! I am curious how my creations stack up when wearing a vr headset!
@AndrewGarrison Would I need to attach a joystick or cylinder grip to make it interactable? Also, would it strictly need to be a Joystick Base for it to move around in VR?
@Formula350 Thanks for your reply. Coincidentally someone recently made a collection of stars using other characters. The label function can be programmed apparently...
Very nice try! Keep it up!!
+3This plane has since been upgraded.
there is no mig design similar to this, but reminds me of my own mig design
@WolfHunter9111 thanks :)
+2What map did you use for the preview image?
+3@Rjenteissussy originally intended to be a mig-29ub with delta wing... basically this

+1Glad to see an F-14 with the CADC control installed. I attempted this a while back, needs a re-re-re-re-master.. not quite happy with the final look
+2Reminds me of my own B-52 ! Good job! keep up the good work!
Very nice design!! With a bit more attention to detail, this plane would look amazing!
+1This is not a return - I have stopped building. I still play it every now and then. This was just a suggestion...
@Kangy
+2@IceCraftGaming
Really diggin the design!! May I do a personal remake of this plane? (in the future)
+2*sharp inhale
+2* slow clap
Fantastic job! This would be amazing start off point for a 747AAC (airborne aircraft carrier)!!
@asteroidbook345 I read in some places that this design had indeed inspired the Sukhoi t-10.
But I can't clarify the claim...
@OrionIndustries Sort of... This was a one-off build. It's incomplete coz I got bored trying to build it
Very good model!! Keep up the good work!
Maybe you'd consider doing the F-32 variant as a future build?
+3@A6MZero as you wish. Credit and tag on release though.
Very interesting design!! look oddly similar to.my Panavia Cyclone...
non the less, keep up the good work!
+1This plane has starred in This video
May I build a remake of this plane?
Gorgeous build!! Keep it up!!
+1awesome design! keep it up!!
+1@DJRianGamerUwU you can, nothing's stopping you...
@RYAviation Thanks for the feedback! I'll take it into consideration for future builds

+1Very interesting design! keep it up!!!
@LieutenantSOT Would be nice to see! :)
+1Can my latest creation enter the competition last minute?
Fascinating design! Reminds me a lot of the JF-17 and the F-4D Skyray (from the cockpit).
The inlet idea is pretty cool, but I feel that it would choke up on dusty runways and compressor stall on supersonic flight.
Non the less, I love the concept and the plane was fun to fly! Keep up the good work! :)
+1Awesome work on the model, The VTOL System does need a bit of work though.. Keep up the good work :)
+1High Score 17...
Astronomical job!!! I bow my head down to your funky-tree wizardry!
Very nice job! I love the design!!
I would have fixed the bay doors though, they seem to be a bit janky...
None the less, Keep up the good work :)
+1Mig-41... Pretty good base model, needs a bit of refinement... Keep it up :)
+1Beautiful plane! Flies gorgeously!! Just needs a desert pink color scheme for me ;)
+1Really like design!! Kinda reminds me of a mig-31 mixed in with F-15!
+1Keep up the good work!!
Looks like the Default Sea Plane (Simple) !!
+2awesome job! Keep it up!!
interesting idea to blend f-16 with f-18!! keep up the good work :)
+2@AndrewGarrison, thanks for the upvote and curation :)
@Kennneth thank you for the upvote and curation!!
@V thank you for your consideration!

@meteorbook345 ah... did not know that...
Thanks for the headsup.. maybe will fix it in the far future...
The Centre of mass is way too forward and the plane is too nose-heavy.
Remove the dead-weight around the nose area. This way you will move the Centre of mass backwards and closer to the centre of lift
As for wing control, Use the Canards to control Pitch instead of the main wing or change the wing layout
I LOVE THIS!!! Keep up the awesome work!!!
Awesome build as always! Reminds me of this fictional build
Interesting idea to make an updated tutorial!!
+1Devs, take note...
@TodMakesStuff here's my entry I hope it's acceptable
+2@AndrewGarrison Would I need to attach a joystick or cylinder grip to make it interactable? Also, would it strictly need to be a Joystick Base for it to move around in VR?
+1@AndrewGarrison Thanks for the upvote. I wanted to ask if the trim to the right is interact-able in VR?
+1@Formula350 Thanks for your reply. Coincidentally someone recently made a collection of stars using other characters. The label function can be programmed apparently...
