I’ll be happy to help when I’m back, and in the meantime, you might think of asking @Chancey21 for help, he is much more experienced than I am, and he’s helped me a ton on a lot of builds, so I’m guessing he might be willing to help :) @ACEPILOT109
Nice man, I like it! It flies really well. A couple things: for a STOL plane it would be good if the take off/stall speeds were lower. You can accomplish this by increasing the size of the primary wings (to decrease wing loading), or by reducing the weight of the plane with xml editing, or by moving the CoL forward so it’s pretty much directly above CoM (can be achieved by increasing primary wing size, and also potentially decreasing size of stabilizers. You have to dial it in to get the balance right). Or some combination of all of these things. And one more thing; the two pistons that actuate the throttle and mixture controls break under heavy G. You can fix that in Overload by making them unbreakable.
This is just.... I’m speechless. This is so unbelievably good, I just don’t know what to say. Every little detail... amazing. I don’t know what else to say. And on top of that, it’s my favorite year of one of my favorite cars in my favorite color. I just can’t believe this build man seriously wow. Way to remind me how much of a beginner builder I am haha.
@XjayIndustrys I tagged you when I first posted this but for some reason I spelled your name XjaysIndustrys haha sorry. Thank you for all your help and support :)
Thanks man! Yeah... most of the values on this plane aren’t accurate, like wing loading, fuel capacity, power, dimensions, etc. Although the weight is fairly close actually. On the real plane, depending on the engine and other things, empty weight is 100-150 kg and the max weight is 225-275kg. Pretty light! Haha @MAHADI
Yeah, SP has definitely taught me a lot about planes as well; how they function, what makes them fly... it has really made me want to take some flying lessons @ACEPILOT109
Haha yeah. The only solution I can think of is to make the horizon free on the roll axis but fixed on the pitch axis, and then add a small airplane icon that is fixed on the roll axis and free on the pitch axis. Which is how @ChiChiWerx’s build works. @ainanen
Dang... well I’ll be around until Monday, if you aren’t ready to post by then, you shouldn’t wait to post on my account... do still tag me though, so I can check it out when I get back! :) @CptJacobson

+1@Sgtk thanks man!! :)
+1Awesome thanks buddy :) @tylerdeveneuxmusic
+1Is it working properly now? @tylerdeveneuxmusic
+1Ah, okay thank you! @tylerdeveneuxmusic
+1Fantastic build! The engine looks great and I love the way you replicated the engine controls. Excellent work :)

+1Very awesome!
+1Extremely cool.
+1Haha we’ll see. I’m having a hard time picking out what to build next... @tylerdeveneuxmusic
+1Thanks guys :) although I’ve postponed my trip until after the new year, so I still have some time to build! :) @Othawne @Thehiguy
+1Wow very cool!!
+1Thanks! :) @Billythekidusa04
+1Wow incredible. Definitely by far the best Dr.1 on SP imo. Engine is fantastic, as is the cockpit and gauges, and the stopwatch! I’m very impressed.
+1Thanks man :) I’m looking forward too seeing what awesome cars you’ve built when I get back! @tylerdeveneuxmusic
+1Wow this is excellent. Fantastic job on the wheels. How did you make the brakes work?
+1Thanks buddy, me too :) thank you for all your help. @Chancey21
+1I’m going to go live with my sister who lives out in the country... like waay out in the country.... also a different country @jamesPLANESii

+1Thank you! I’m looking forward to it :) @Strikefighter04
+1Beautiful!
+1Awesome! I feel like it could use a little more power though...
+1Fantastic!!
+1It’s about 120 lbs or something like that. Pretty heavy to pedal, but with the motor it moves pretty good haha. @AtomicCyclone
+1Image url, does that mean I need to use an image hosting site? Like imgur or something? @ThePrototype
+1Oh man what an awesome plane! I am so jealous! Hahaha @IliaPilot
