As for the whole "haters vs jelly" thing, I believe there's been a misunderstanding. Some of the "Jelly' planes have been exact copies of other peoples planes, and the person who put hard work into their plane, just to see it stolen, can be quite upset. We have nothing against Jelly, I'm sure he's a good guy, but he's telling all of his fans to openly break site rules. I hope you understand.
The limit is in place to prevent spamming, yes. but it's not based on a 24 hour cycle. Think of it as almost a ticket system. Every time you upload a plane, you hand in one of your five tickets. After 24 hours, you get that ticket back. So you can hand in a ticket every 4 hours, 20 in total, and in another 4 hours you'll get a ticket back.
Now, come on. Look at where you've gotten. You can't get to gold and claim that nobody notices you. Plenty of people enjoy your planes, and I amongst them. The site's just in a bit of a rut, there's an influx of, Er, d i m i n i s h e d quality planes, for lack of better term. It'll pull through. Just give it time.

@Swagnuggit11 Not to make it go faster, but for the novelty of it. My plane is essentially an Me-163 clone, why not try to cram the original engine in it? The jet is fun, yea, but having a rocket replace the jet engine would by cool, no?
@epicness It's old and flawed. Take the design for something new if you really want. The rocket engine is too primitive to be used on anything else, and it explodes 1/10th of the time. Trying to make a new one using my new FE-326.
