@florky Previously, we utilized the domestic variant of the MiG-21UM, but its drawbacks were quite evident. The rear seat had inadequate forward visibility and the landing speed was excessively high. Consequently, we enhanced its design by modifying the aircraft's nose, elevating the rear seat, and adopting a side intake configuration. Additionally, we equipped it with an improved radar system. Much like many advanced trainer aircraft, the rear seat now includes a system for simulating faults, which has been beneficial for our own training purposes. There's also an export model available, priced comparably to the MiG-21, making it a very suitable and cost-effective option.
