Neat screenshot, looks like an old Mitsubishi ad from a Magazine.

You deserve only a strike for this lazy, unfunny rule breaking crap. Make a forum post if you want points.

  • MintLynx's Build Index, one place for easy access to my main builds! 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 Seemed sensible to do so after the number of builds I got went pretty high, un-clutter the profile.

  • Mazda RX-7 FD 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 Ah, well yea the Jet Stream is for showing builds from people you follow. Notifications only come when people comment on your posts, respond to your comments, or when people you follow make videos.

  • GTR R32 VS Green Band Ai S Class 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 Thanks! I build my name on this sight on them. After seeing the foundations set by Toscio56 and Willy1111, and seeing the potential untapped, I spent quite a while refining and developing Free Diving Submarine functions.

  • GTR R32 VS Green Band Ai S Class 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 I think this is the fastest it should be, I mean past 200 american measured distances per hour is no slouch!

  • GTR R32 VS Green Band Ai S Class 4.6 years ago

That's one tough AI, you've made normally braindead racing AI formidible!

  • The Rotary Trinity Completed 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 I chose yellow since Blue0Bull suggested a Yellow FD, since I had done two previous cars that were featured in Initial D I saw fit to do this car next.

  • Avatar Valkyrie (Operation guide) 4.6 years ago

Does that thing even use Gyro's? It's so stable!

  • NSX NA1 Japanese Police Car (NO MOD VERSION) 4.6 years ago

You can insert links into text by putting the text into square brackets and putting the link into parenthesis right next to those brackets

  • The Rotary Trinity Completed 4.6 years ago

@RandomUser09 Because I choose variety in my defiance of the T, plus it wasn't the FD that was doing the Kansei in that scene.

    @THEYE No

  • Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 4.6 years ago

@XPlane10ProFlier I’ll be running in the 90’s with the next build.

  • 1990 NSX NA1 4.6 years ago

Cool to see someone else implement a manual transmission! Also you gotta press Yaw to make it go @captainlevi820 alongside pressing pitch, and keep pressing yaw as you speed up.

  • GTR R32 Godzilla will be launch tomorrow! 4.6 years ago

Not bad on the body, did you use a blueprint to help out?

  • Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 Go on ahead! Unless you decide to make use of the Manual transmission FT for the engine though you'll want to modify the Tachometer's settings, mainly replacing the 'selectedweapon' inputs with speed inputs.

  • Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 4.6 years ago

@Cereal If you're joking, haha funny. If you're not, no.

  • Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 4.6 years ago

@Hachiroku208 Does it really? I try to make my builds as accurate to the real thing as I can so I'm pleased to hear that!

  • U-Boat Type IX 4.6 years ago

@MrShenanigans It's always fine so long as you don't claim it as your own, that's the general rule of successors.

  • Nissan 260z 4.6 years ago

@Eface Your Potato Phone is no good for Simpleplanes then, you need a better one.

  • Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 4.6 years ago

    @XPlane10ProFlier I never said I'd do that request, I don't do requests.

  • GTR R32 Attesa System Update with Slip control 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 It's a pretty genius system. Gives you the handling of Rear Wheel Drive till you need the grip of Four Wheel Drive.

  • GTR R32 Attesa System Update with Slip control 4.6 years ago

That's awesome! All the functions of the ATESSA system! I sense it makes quite the difference in handling.

  • Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 4.6 years ago

@Juanfly154 Thanks! Coming from you that means quite a lot!

  • Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 4.6 years ago

All users tagged requested it (Or just saw the meme in the teasers and posted 'Inertial Drift?' for the lols without realizing it gave tags)

  • GTR R32 Attesa System 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 It does read meters per second.

  • GTR R32 Attesa System 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 Another suggestion, attach two pistons and plug in the same inputs as the engines, might help give you a precise reading on the inputs!

  • GTR R32 Attesa System 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 It might be possible to introduce AngleOfSlip into there as well. In the form of adding a "+ AngleOfSlip" to the front engine and "-AngleOfSlip" to the rear engine so that power transfer puts power to the front wheel when you start to slide. With perhaps a * or / to adjust it. Just a theory anyway.

  • GTR R32 Attesa System 4.6 years ago

    @frank77831 Nice

  • Nukes are now possible! No Nuke mod required! 4.6 years ago

@Heyo Yes you can do that now, this post was made before that update.

  • AE86 VS Ai Whit Class S Time Attack! 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 That's a neat idea! Go for it!

  • AE86 VS Ai Whit Class S Time Attack! 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 I only really learned how to tweak it, Edensk made it at my request when I was in a Funky Trees dedicated server!

  • AE86 VS Ai Whit Class S Time Attack! 4.6 years ago

I only just noticed that the water in the cup moves around, neat detail!

  • Initial D RX7 GTR R32 Chassis coming tomorrow 4.6 years ago

@frank77831 Clever! I hope you try it, because it would be a neat feature to have and could improve handling.

  • Initial D RX7 GTR R32 Chassis coming tomorrow 4.6 years ago

This is neat to see! I'm curious how you're gonna make the rear wheel steering work on the Skyline, as from what I've read (totally not intending to build my own in the future) four wheels steering systems such as HICAS tend to turn different depending on speed. Turning rear wheels opposite of the front wheels at low speeds and turning them at the same direction of the front wheels at high speed for greater stability.
    .
It would also be neat if you could somehow implement the ATTESA four wheel drive system. I think "AngleOfSlip" could potentially be used for it alongside having an engine for powering each axle (or pair of wheels front/back).

  • Phil Swift's Glass Boat 4.6 years ago

@WarHawk95 Well that explains, no matter! In terms of updoots it's doing pretty well.

  • Phil Swift's Glass Boat 4.6 years ago

I mean it's under 100 parts so I imagine not handling well with ocean mod is the only reason this meme build wouldn't qualify.

  • KZM Narwhal S-100 4.6 years ago

    @winterro Oh sick! That's great!

  • Castaway raft 4.6 years ago

My golly if he adds this one.

  • How to make Ai drive and fast! 4.6 years ago

It'd be nuts if you somehow made one that could drift its way around a track.

  • What has SimplePlanes Taught you? 4.6 years ago

    I can detail the following

    • Information about things I've built and how they work, the learning of which spurred by an interest in replicating such functions (i.e. Submarine Ballast, Hydroplanes, Mcpherson and Semi Trailing Arm Suspension)

    • People here like builds that are 'out there' and unusual in their approach and results. Meme builds are a notable example, though the moderate to high popularity of many of my submarines show this as well given how they push what can be made functional (i.e. free diving submarines, submerged launched ballistic missiles).

    • NEVER. EVER. Do a collab with people of lesser skill than you, or else they might get greedy and try to leech points off your work. There's being generous, and then there's being exploited.

    • Don't do requests, while it's good to keep suggestions in mind, commiting to making something because people asked you too can similarly make you a target for greedy people.

    • The Keys to success on here are Patience and Persistence, patience to build and learn how to build better and Persistence in continuing to build. Unless you're truly bad at this game you will get somewhere in time. Just look at the early builds of people like me and Juanfly.
