When you mirror the engine, Change the input of every hinges in the duplicated engine that has a speed set to either positive or negative(I recommend you to change it through overload as to not revert the settings the hinge has)

I think what happened is: The game is kind of old and having to update it would be more work than making a new game.
It's kind of like this: You made a aircraft from 2017 and planning to make a version with the current skills you have on the game. What would you do? Use the old aircraft as a basis or start from scratch? Most of the people would rather build a new aircraft than update the aircraft(Atleast to my mind)
I also request to make low effort succesors to get out of the platform. I kind of hate seeing some of my planes have low effort changes by other users. It's just me

+1Refrain from using images outside of the game for your thumbnail. Comparing the aircraft to the thumbnail, It seems that they're not equivalent.
