should add flares for smoke screen

@TurtlesThatFly just did I added heavier armour (health) smoke grenades and a lower velocity gun
forgot to say anything about the lower velocity cannon round
to use smoke screen just spam flares
@MoonCat80 on the cannons options
@TurtlesThatFly I did some testing the slower the cannon round the more likely it is to ricochet of armour
can you try to make a tank that can ricochet cannon rounds
