I built some own creations and real aircraft but not from thousands of parts, because first of all I'm a mobile player so it would make my game lag way too much and also, while I like building in this game and put real effort into my builds, I like to see results in a reasonable amount of time.
So if you are looking for planes that aren't to complex but still resemble the real aircraft, I think you'll like my builds.
