no, its a submarine. Germany called thier subs u-boars, or.. Unterseeboot = literally "undersee boat"; aka submarine. This is a Russian K sub, built in Leningrad Russian. @Doge121
Per the wiki referenced "although a flying wing may have various small protuberances such as pods, nacelles, blisters, booms, or vertical stabilizers.[1]" @Ezri
Heres one w/o landing gear. 740+mph level flight. I know its my second entry... Dont care which you judge, i was just obsessed with making a faster one.

I had to use mod engines... You need to ease on the power to about 30% to take off... Pitch up the whole time... To land you need to almost stall it to avoid the weird water physics. @BroGuest101
Just as a note. I see there are a couple others rovers on here. I didnt copy any parts of them. Original design, except for the wheels and xml modded parts that are common reuse.

Nice ballance
Thanks, i thought it came out nice too. @DeezDucks
Your hull is awsomely yet simple in that its very few total parts. Made this possible. @TheMasterSoldier. Thank you!
Lol. Wouldn't go that far, but thank you @DogOfWisdom
Idea from @AeroEngineering. Destroyer built by @TheMasterSoldier.
Thanks @Kimo
Thanks for the quick upvote @sps13
