Try using a gyro with pitch and roll range set at 0, then attach it to a block that it connected to a rotator that uses roll as the input. Basically it tilts the rotator, but the rotator doesn’t want to tilt, so the whole plane does.
My goal for the near future is to be a lumberjack. I know a bit of funky trees but my math knowledge is limited so I can’t do anything too fancy. I like the name too.
Also, I will be posting the plane sometime next weekend or maybe even after that if there are more suggestions. I am going to be way too busy next weekend and I can’t really do anything with SP in that time.
All right. I will use R for my fighters from now on. This will be the R-40 then. I might still stick with greyhound because silver nerfer doesn’t really sound right... Maybe when I write the back story I will say that that’s what the enemy called it.
@ArcturusAerospace
Oh, ok. I’m gonna do a bit more work in that case. If you’re gonna have an ag I might as well optimize it for that. Should only take a few minutes
@ArcturusAerospace what type of engine?
Also, I can get the engine to start, but not at 15 feet... I have a few ideas tho.
One more thing, I’m still learning algebra, so I can’t use trigonometry and stuff, so this might not work.
Yeah just make a plane. Are you going to make your own design?
Also, I would suggest trying to use the fuselage blocks. They can be resized and once you learn how to use them they can be very helpful.
I’m not sure about vertical velocity, but there is altitude. If you want to hover though, you could try angle of attack. You could make it so that if the angle of attack is more than 1, the engine lowers throttle, and if it is less than 1, the engine gains throttle. This would not work very well, but that’s all I can think of now.
It says 0 mph when I do it...
@Thueerra
+1Oh... It’s for the challenge.
@Thueerra
Download your cockpit? For what?
@SaintNPC
A normal rotator. I can try to post an example if you need one.
This does not remind me of the spitfire at all...
+1It is nice looking, but it is way too underpowered. Maybe try scaling the engine up with xml, and then scaling down the propeller head hub scale.

Can I xml size? I made a small plane and I want the cockpit to not show too much.
Also what’s the difference between the three paratrooper types?
Thanks for all of the upvotes and spotlights everybody! It has been 8 hours now and this is still on the first page of hottest airplanes!
So the plane has to be something that actually fought in ww2?
+1Also, do I put the troopers inside the plane or outside?
@ChisP
I would like to but I’m on ios so I can’t use mods...
Once I get an actual computer I’m going to do that.
Also thanks to @DickBrazen for the name Silver Nerfer

I leave the s in and it works for me.
Make sure that the detacher is connected properly.

+1Look two comments below. Thanks for the suggestion tho... I like it.
@PointlessWhyshouldi
I didn’t want to copy the Warhawk...

Yeah, but I wanted to use the usual ww2 prefixes. Also, I might be using the R prefix for something already
@Diloph
+1So do I put the plane completely inside the box, or do I just line up the nose with the starting line or what?

Done! I might be able to do better with more time. Just tell me if you want it a little bit more refined.

@ArcturusAerospace
Got it! I’m gonna post and tag you!
Quick update. It works for me, but the engine starts and keeps increasing throttle until 15 feet agl

Oh, we have the same amount of points!

@Diloph also can I use xml to scale size?
