I’m confused, you seem to have blocked me in the past few days and I don’t understand why @BogdanX

  • Dover 6.2 years ago

On PC I find it unusable with Pitch and yaw (unless I’m using mouse controller) but on iOS I find it easier to use it. I suppose they make it accessible to the masses. It’s a choice of easy on mobile and unusable on PC or useable on PC and useable on mobile. @F104Deathtrap

Sorry for giving you a broken version, this is the proper one with no issues

  • Regarding Tags 6.3 years ago

Please add the transport tag for things like the Junkers Ju-52 and the Hughes H-4 Hercules. Also, a 4x4 and 6x6 tag would be nice.

  • Jet question 6.3 years ago

Also make sure CoM and CoL are in their right places, along with the right wing surface to aircraft size ratio.

  • SimpleCheats - a slightly comprehensive guide 6.3 years ago

Sure. Just tag me on it. @FalconGT12

  • P-51 D / B-24 D 6.3 years ago

You said the first one is 1300 parts and the second is 540. In this forum the P-51 is displayed first and the B-24 is 2nd. @BoganBoganTheMan

  • SimpleCheats - a slightly comprehensive guide 6.3 years ago

Another way is to multiple rocket pods inside each other by nudging them together. @WNP78 @FalconGT12

  • P-51 D / B-24 D 6.3 years ago

The B-24 looks phenomenal considering the quality of the interior as well! And only 540 parts? As your last creation was great but had a few issues with flying, I would be glad to go on your B-24 and make it fly completely stable and realistically if you need.

  • Sr2 isn’t replacing sp 6.3 years ago

No, it is different. Physics are a little different (turn radius and stuff like that is mildly different on PC than on mobile) and the graphics are slightly downgraded; even when on full settings. This slightly annoys me as I’m sure my iPad would be able to run the full PC settings even if there was a 30% hit to frame Rate (I think it’s worth it as I can run it usually around 60-80FPS). If your mobile device can’t, then you could just revert back to lower settings. @LiamW

  • Boulton Paul P100 5.3 Mobile friendly (hopefully) 6.3 years ago

A mid-range device now is around the same as a high end device 4 years ago or even earlier. I found the 7-10FPS good enough to report and give feedback to Johndfg, though you are right; it’s oretty much unplayable. However, it’s not about being unplayable; it’s about being able to be playable up to around 1200 parts low physics (800 parts high physics) and even 2500 parts all low settings without crashing like your PC. @LiamW

  • Boulton Paul P100 5.3 Mobile friendly (hopefully) 6.3 years ago

Alright, I tested Johnsfg’s B24 before it was released and I could run that at the lowest settings at around 7-10FPS. here it is. @LiamW

  • Sr2 isn’t replacing sp 6.3 years ago

Mobile is definitely not going to have options for the same graphics as PC. SP doesn’t so I don’t see why SR2 would. @LiamW

  • Boulton Paul P100 5.3 Mobile friendly (hopefully) 6.3 years ago

A high end device from anywhere in the last 4 years is a reasonable assumption for the average mobile device. I can run 800 parts on high physics and highest graphics, but when I get to the limit (1000 parts - 1200 parts) I have to turn it to low graphics, but leave everything else up. I can get up to 2,500 part planes on all lowest settings at about 10FPS. @LiamW

  • Sr2 isn’t replacing sp 6.3 years ago

    Yes, that’s what I said. @LiamW

  • Boulton Paul P100 5.3 Mobile friendly (hopefully) 6.3 years ago

That’s not true at all. There’s a difference between mobile friendly and terrible computer friendly. A decent mobile devices from 4 years ago to the present will run the original just fine. A mobile device from that period that is decent will run up to about 1300 parts being ok. @LiamW

  • Boulton Paul P100 5.3 Mobile friendly (hopefully) 6.3 years ago

This is mobile friendly, as long as you have a decent device from 4 years ago - present. People make it seem like mobile devices are terrible just because a lot of people own very low performance devices. My iPad Air 2 from 2014 runs the non-mobile friendly version at high settings just fine with over 30FPS.

  • Sr2 isn’t replacing sp 6.3 years ago

I think that SR2 Mobile is going to have all the functionality that the PC version has, just with downgraded graphics.

  • A question about AI, game ticks, and slow motion (and physics I guess) 6.3 years ago

I hate how the devs haven’t added slo-mo to iOS.

  • I went there because someone told me I got featured... 6.3 years ago

The feature is supposed to feature builds that aren’t getting the amount of attention they deserve. So BogdanX, for example, gets over 100 upvotes on most of his builds, and even though they might be better than other craft; he never gets featured because he already gets so much attention @RodWan

  • First Plane in 2 years, any advice? 6.3 years ago

Nice, but XML modding anything on the build still works with the base game. It’s only if you download mods and add them onto the build like weapons or engines that require mods outside of the base game.

Just came back to this. I’m sorry that it didn’t do very well in terms of upvotes, this really is great. It’s just underrated.

Don’t say ‘upvote to be taaged’ because that means that everyone who upvotes will be tagged, even if they don’t want to. Just say ‘tell me if you want to be tagged’.

  • Overload and fine-tuning on IOS 6.3 years ago

It’s a well known fact that iOS is more secure than android. It’s not a matter of opinion, it’s a matter of technological facts @DerekSP

  • Overload and fine-tuning on IOS 6.3 years ago

Yes, that would be a great way to do it. I’m not sure why they don’t! It would be great with things like maps, though mods that actually change how the game work might not work. @GeneralOliverVonBismarck

  • S-1 God-Class Submarine "Zeus" 6.3 years ago

Have we had a conversation about this? If we have please link me to it @stig27

  • Overload and fine-tuning on IOS 6.3 years ago

Yes, obviously the mods on this website aren’t dangerous; but it’s not a case of only opening it up for this website. If Apple was to allow modding on SP it would also allow modding everywhere. And not only that, it would creates holes in the software where malware could easily get in via clicking a dodgy ad or something like that. Also, Apple doesn’t cost that much to repair. You can replace an entire battery for only $20! The screen replacement is more expensive, but that’s not Apple; that’s all the 3rd party repair shops. The fact is, Apple is so much more secure than its competitors because it covers all the holes in the software to allow nothing to get in. I think it’s a fairly obvious choice to take being safe on your device rather than being able to download mods on a random game. @Minecraftpoweer

  • Overload and fine-tuning on IOS 6.3 years ago

Except for the fact that that would leave Apple devices much less secure to hacking. You know there’s a reason that Apple devices are the best at protecting your private information? I’d take my privacy over some mods on a random game. @Minecraftpoweer
