    Not bad, but if you want it to be appreciated, you'll need to make more improvements than just adding adjustable trim. Try fleshing out the details a bit, like the wing shape, rigging wires, etc. I'd also recommend going for a more "fun" flight model.

  • Stealth Bomber vs destroyers, bridges, and Snowstone 4.9 years ago

    @Planeboi49620 In real life, there are guided munitions...

  • Stealth Bomber vs destroyers, bridges, and Snowstone 4.9 years ago

    Thanks, @AerialFighterSnakes

  • Stealth Bomber vs destroyers, bridges, and Snowstone 4.9 years ago

    Thanks, @Treadmill103. I love the flight handling of this one.

  • Shrike II 4.9 years ago

    @Thefuriouschicken I've uploaded parts kits and subassemblies in the past, and the response hasn't been encouraging.

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @Thefuriouschicken That's the aircraft used in this video. Never got around to posting it, that's all.

  • Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner 4.9 years ago

    Surprisingly good for a new player. Only thing is, half the right wing falls off when you spawn in the sandbox. I'd recommend adding some color, fixing the wing, and re-uploading this.

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @Planeboi49620 Ok?

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @Planeboi49620 Very impressive.

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @Planeboi49620 A walker with a 400mm artillery piece? This I have to see.

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @Planeboi49620 That's pretty good, but surely you didn't use the walking function of the walker to sink the ship...?

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @Planeboi49620 No, why?

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    Thanks, @Mumpsy. Yeah, imagine a game where we could build our own enemy bases out of components like AA guns, missile batteries, ships, submarines, air bases, factories/power plants, etc., and share them using XML files. It wouldn't be much work for the developers, and would add tremendous value and replayability to the game.

    Glad you think so, @Planeboi49620

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    Thanks, @TitanIncorporated

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @Treadmill103 It's a sad day when we're reduced to bombing palm trees... this game desperately needs more destructible targets that blow up spectacularly.

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @Diloph Dude, I have no idea where you're coming from. What airplane challenges, tanks, and ships are you talking about?

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @Diloph Something tells me you haven't watched my videos...

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @Diloph ?

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @Diloph If you're asking how they exploded, that's the bombs hitting them. The GIF shows how this aircraft can hit a bunch of targets, and leave others unharmed, in one pass.

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @TrislandianAlliance Well, from the rear it's like a brick wall, and completely unaerodynamic as well. It's not meant to be a realistic aircraft, just an experiment with variable geometry and a tribute to the B-2 and F-117.

  • Stealth Bomber 4.9 years ago

    @Nuclearbomber36 Yes, but are you stealthy?

  • Pearl Diver 4.9 years ago

    @aghasttable267 Well, there's an actual video of it working, and it has worked for many people, so...

  • Shrike II 4.9 years ago

    @Jwpdaviesjr Every part in it has partCollisionResponse set to None.

  • Precision Bombing, Part III 4.9 years ago

    @Planeboi49620 Well, it looks a little basic, and the flight handling needs work as well. But I like how you're using fuselage blocks to give some shape to the wings and vertical stabilizers. Keep at it, and if you need help, feel free to ask.

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    @AerialFighterSnakes Wait until you see video of my Stealth Bomber taking out all seven ships in one pass...

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    @AerialFighterSnakes Yeah, physics is fun, isn't it?

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    @AerialFighterSnakes Yes, or move ships off course, or destroy bridges, by ramming them.

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    @Mandanbb8099 If you set partCollisionResponse="None" on all parts in your build, it becomes invulnerable to collisions and resistant to missiles.

    And the map is infinite, it just doesn't have any destinations further out -- it's just a limitless expanse of ocean.

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    @SupremeDorian Have a nice life :)

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    @SupremeDorian Well, you can "tell me off" (ooh, that's nice) as much as you like. Given your clear bias, nothing you say has any value to me whatsoever.

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    @SupremeDorian Astonishing misinterpretation on your part. I didn't "tell him to compliment me" -- I said say something like this. If you aren't aware, these are basic rules of polite behaviour. And if you're going to try to convince me that this isn't a nice build or flies really well, good luck with that :)

    Was that nice enough?

  • Shrike II 4.9 years ago

    @Thefuriouschicken Er, what?

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    Thanks, @Mandanbb8099. Considering it already goes up to 2500 mph, what would you want a hyperdrive for? The SP map isn't big enough for really high speeds to be useful.

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    @SupremeDorian Excuse me? What did I say or do that wasn't nice?

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    @Kiduppity How about adding something like "Hi! Nice build! Flies really well!" before your question?

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    @CRJ900Pilot Hmm, maybe.

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    @CRJ900Pilot But of course :)

  • X-Wing 4.9 years ago

    Thanks, @Hedero.

  • Funky Trees Smoke 4.9 years ago

    Cool build, but if that's your actual signature, it's not a good idea to have it floating around the internet.

  • Simulated nuclear payload delivery 4.9 years ago

    Thanks, @Skov07

  • Simulated nuclear payload delivery 4.9 years ago

    @WildWiryClam It uses jet engines as thrusters to apply the pitch and yaw forces, like one of my flight modules.

  • Simulated nuclear payload delivery 4.9 years ago

    @Hedero Considering how easy it would be to add more shell models (download royalty-free model, import it into the game assets, add it to the list of options) I don't see why it couldn't be done in a few hours. The same goes for weapon sounds, explosions, etc.

  • XB-70 Valkyrie Mark II 4.9 years ago

    @asteroidbook345 There is only one kind of airplane that can fly well while having a bunch of rotators, and that's a light one. The wobbliness only starts to happen when the mass of the build is large.

    As for the people making excuses, "the easiest person to fool is yourself."

  • Simulated nuclear payload delivery 4.9 years ago

    @scratch Yes, exactly.

  • Simulated nuclear payload delivery 4.9 years ago

    @Hedero Things that would be very simple to add would be more options for the shape of the shell (bombs, railgun projectiles), the explosions (regular, incendiary, nuclear), and the cannon firing sound, which at the moment sounds like someone whacking a plank of wood against another. With any luck, a future update will add those things.

    What would be even better is if you could create a subassembly and define that as the thing launched by the cannon. So you could have all kinds of custom-designed artillery shells, conventional bombs, nuclear bombs, and so on.

  • Simulated nuclear payload delivery 4.9 years ago

    Thanks, @Treadmill103. Yeah, the poor Beast takes a lot of punishment on my machine...
