Reason is because the F-22 is built with stealth being very much in mind. The shape of it’s thrust vectoring nozzles grants it some radar stealth from the rear ( it’s actually not completely stealthy from the rear, though it retains a quite low RCS).
The F-22 was designed to be excellent at BVR combat with it’s stealth and large payload of internal radar guided missiles. It is also meant to be able to engage Russian jets on a near level playing field at WVR combat ( something russian jets have historically been built to be good at), thus the thrust vectoring.
However, the design was always one of stealth and BVR first, WVR a distant second, and everything else well after that.

@MAHADI ive been playing around with the tire and rotator settings on the nose gear
found some pretty good settings
for the rotator: 50 range of motion, 40% speed
for the tires: 150% forward traction, 150% sideways traction
make sure not to turn it too much while landing, or else you will be spinning out of control

since alot of creators out there dont look at suggestions much
a little suggestion, maybe just increase the nose gear's turning? cause its a pain to turn on ground because of that
