@Lostpurse Lol, yeah I was surprised to see an email notification that I had a comment from simpleplanes.com. I posted this plane when I was like 16 and now I'm 25 about to start first officer training for an airline within a month or so. Glad to see some people are still here.
@BaconEggs I pretty much just cut the engines and spent the next 60-90 seconds keeping the nose pointed at the horizon. I started out by using only the trim control and once that was pointed as high as it would go I used normal pitch control from there. The nose stayed pointed at the horizon the whole time and I didn't drop below about 120 mph. It wasn't the softest of landings but is was absolutely survivable and nothing broke on the plane.
Wow! Awesome build! I cut the engines at about 6,000 feet and did an un-powered descent and it is fully capable of making an un-powered glider landing. Most of the airliner builds that I see on here fly well when at full throttle but when the power is cut they fall like a brick. This one flies perfect both when at full throttle and at no throttle. Nice job!
