    When the crash was recovered near Dallas, Texas., the investigators noticed signs of a fire. About a week or so later, they found signs of the tail forming cracks slowly around similar to Japan-Air 123, or Air France 447, during the flight of [REDACTED] the tail snapped off. Following soon, a fire broke out confusing the pilots. The airplane entered a cork-screw dive, one of the pilots survived miraculously but received critical and fatal wounds. Once in stable condition, the pilot received major therapy and soon helped the NTSB in the investigation of the wreck. The official cause; poor maintenance.
