@PH137 I’m on iOS, so it might be different if you’re not, but either way you can open the settings menu, click “Hide Instruments”, then switch you game into slowmo (optional). Then close the menu and quickly take the screenshot. Then crop the image in the photos app to not include the control spheres, do any other editing stuff, and then use the same process as the video.
I think SimplePlanes is the best game (I’ve played) of all time because not only is it a joy to build in, fly in, and learn in, all the possibilities that are available compared to other games is unmatched. The controls are simple and adaptable, completely unlimited FT builds, VR capability that may just be the closest to real flying possible on any game, plus the ability to find other peoples builds and meet an awesome community with a common goal of blowing stuff up, you can rest assured that you can find anything you’re looking for.
Yeah, what I said was cringe, a rant, and unwarranted, but given the nature of this post, am I wrong?
You should build more things with cockpits. Also note that on joysticks, you can extend them in the menu because having such short sticks is hard to use in VR.
Hey @SPairforce, would be okay if I took this and reuploaded it to make it a bit more VR friendly? I liked it in VR but there were a few things I noticed that made it difficult to use.
This is aerial sophistication unlike anything we’ve ever seen. With this, Ukraine could bring the world to its knees. Once they solve the can’t-take-off-of-land problem, that is.
Floatplanes are mounted on floats, seaplanes land on their fuselage/hull. Nice plane!
Could you do a sort of cartoony dragon? I need it for a new build.
YESSSS!

I got to 217,000 ft high in VR.
What is this sorcery.
This is really nice. I used it on VR and I was surprised the yoke worked correctly considering that most custom ones don’t. Really nice build.
…Why…
…How, really…
There’s something about flying this in VR that is just so satisfying.
They do have an upper remote-controlled turret, but yeah otherwise they’re just the bad version of the newer BTA-NR2 Y-Wings (which I love).
W A T
I needed this so badly.

When someone tickles the back of your neck:

MiG-21 but crossed with a B.A.e Lightning.
@DatRoadTrainGuy19 So it’s a baked potato now?
The project has been released, check out my account or search “The First True Rocket Ship on the Site.”
This is actually really cool.
@gracefulmotte6 Yep, it’ll do that.
Plane.txt has stopped working.
@ThatRandomCouchPotato
Hey @Spark0012, could you do a TBF-1 next?
124 meter drift?!?
I once (on a laggy Kindle) hit “Infinity” miles an hour after setting the explosion scale on a Boom 50 to 9999.
That’s how the throttles work.
Wait so I can:
^bruh^
@SPairforce I will.

(VR player here) This is really good, but in the future please note that sidesticks/sticks with no height are extremely difficult to fly with in VR.
I think this might be your coolest yet.
Chonkalatte.
God this is so funny.
@norcourt This is getting out of hand, now there are two of them.
-Nute Gunray, in reference to both norcourt and TurtlePants having parasols.
Chunky sky-deathbringer go brrrrrrrrrr.
I have posted another (updated) version of this here: {https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/71Edc3/Krakabloan-Air-Defence-Heavy-Patrol-Seaplane-Reupload}
I first found this on VR and it’s awesome. It’s like a Huey but better, and it’s great for convoy assault and doing landing drills.
‘Wait you can type in red’
Tanker go Dream On
@teddyone02 I’ll try.
Try moving the CoM lower, or taking some of the power out of the engine.
Oh lawd.
In Star Wars there’s a freighter called a Lucrehulk-Class freighter. Was your name intentional?
RaRaRasputin and tank noises intensify
Booms and awesome noises intensifies
Air rescue intensifies

I wonder how this would work if it was upscaled to have a large flight deck and a hold for say, ~150 soldiers.
