@JoshuaW 30FPS on iOS. Occurs at all physics settings. Seems to be connected to frame rate at it occurs at even lower speeds when in fast forward mode.
@Homemade1 I cut as many parts as possible without making it look very bad, you can tell for the wingtip I just put a single rocket, and the missiles are just scaled up missiles haha.

+1@JoshuaW Tested it with 60fps, unfortunately same behavior. At 60 fps the wings also flutter on the roll axis too, instead of pitch axis.
