@Flightsonic Hmh that shouldnt affect it, at full throttle the props are no longer rotating, but rather fluttering and shaking which simulates the "wings flutter glitch" which can make you go very fast
@SlowJet Thanks :), Are those single engine fighters? Because this engine still generates a considerable amount of torque, which will probably tear your plane apart, unless you use two that counter-rotate like in this build. For single engine parasite fighters I would recommend you use one of the engines I used on The Nuclear Bear.
Strange but true, I found out that the amount of fuselage/wing you have in your design controls the behaviour of pistons, the less the better. Reducing the mass of your plane will help aswell but if you have too much fuselage or wing you're gonna have to fix that
@PlanesOfOld I can try to make a steam engine that you can use/modify. Is it a boat that it has to power? And should it run at low RPM high power or just the opposite of that?
@Shmexysmpilot You can offset the crankshaft of the piston engine a bit into the right direction. To keep it spinning in the right direction you need momentum

@Flightsonic Thanks! Lemme guess you went full throttle?
@sexylips35 Yup
@saturn28 Thanks!
@SlowJet Yeah thats pretty small. You could give it a try tho haha
@MethaManAircraft Hey thanks for the upvotes :D
@SlowJet Oh yeah you can do that lol, it shouldn't cause any trouble with the engines as far as I know.
@FlyingThings Pretty cool.. and huge

@FlyingThings When did you build it?
@FlyingThings Lol my first piston plane didn't even take off, and that was like one month ago haha
@NathanAzezewMilitaryAircrafts :)
@sexylips35 Nah dont have time for that rn
@Tully2001
@Feanor
Thanks for the upvotes
I may just give this a try..
Nice! You've come the closest to the record of any person yet. Just 300 MPH more and you broke it
@Flightsonic Yeah you beat this plane haha, good job! And thanks
@phanps Thanks
@ProNano2004 Thank you
@sexylips35 Sure, the more help on these engines, the better!
@TTHHSSSS GG
@TTHHSSSS Nice job. You broke the record haha
@Aeroman77 thank you :)
WOW.. that's a ton of pistons, cant wait to fly this thing.
@Shmexysmpilot Thanks!
Holy crap that is good looking
@SlowJet Thanks
@Tully2001 Alright :)
@Tully2001 I guess I have to work more on the aesthetics. But thanks bro, I won't forget how you support these builds, I appreciate that.
I now remember this is the plane that got me into piston powered aircraft. Thanks for making this bro
Cute
@TTHHSSSS 900 MPH? That would be a new record, I'll update the piston speed record post if you're sure
@Liquidfox Yes! Thanks for the support along the way
@sexylips35
@Lizarddragon

@sexylips35 I can't. When using this engine you have to mount it to something strong(Like a 1x1 fuselage block). And then still it's unreliable
@MaggieWaggie Thanks :)
@BogdanX No problem :)
@PlanesOfOld I'm currently working on a steam engine, I'll try to implement it on the base design. when I'm done I'll tag you
@Lizarddragon Yep you should never run it above 50% because it will tear itself apart
@PlanesOfOld Thanks, this would only be able to compete in a mod class tournament since the pistons speed is set to 4.
Thanks @Tully2001
@sexylips35 Supersonic piston plane coming this weekend!
@PlanesOfOld Btw does it spazz out right away when you start it or only when it reaches a certain RPM
@PlanesOfOld I can try to make a steam engine that you can use/modify. Is it a boat that it has to power? And should it run at low RPM high power or just the opposite of that?
@Shmexysmpilot Oki

This thing must be loud..
WOW..
@PlanesOfOld What problems are you encountering? I may be able to help
No way, that's impossible... thanks for stating!
