And the average 727-200 seat weighs 10 LBS. and the combined seat weight of the top floor would be 540 lbs (estimated.) and the 727-200 has a max weight of 185,000-210,000 lbs. also the engines produce 16,900 lbs of force. And the operating weight of a 727-200 is 115,000 lbs, so I doubt that it would be underpowered. (This isn’t including the exterior of the 2nd floor of the plane)
