Yeaahhh, I know it doesn’t, that was a mistake I made early on as I was basing it off my previous (failed) attempt. I might fix it later if I want it to be perfect, but right now I just want it done. It’s a lot of parts to try and fix on my phone and my computer is pretty much fried a this point. Thanks though.
Edit: Okay it’s really starting to bother me now that someone else has pointed it out, I might fix it after all lol @jamesPLANESii
Before you call me an idiot, how about looking at when this thing was built and realizing that bombs and weapons weren’t in the game 3.6 years ago. Nor were mods for that matter. So no, I’m not going to “fix” it. Besides that, if you bothered to look you’d realize I have two updated versions of the B-29 that have the guns and bombs and everything. Idiot. @Linebob
So just some critism: firstly the plane looks really good and well built, however the proportions are off a bit. From the pictures here it looks like the nose needs to be shorter, and the wingspan needs to be reduced. Also I think the tail vertical stabilizer looks like it’s a good bit longer lengthwise on the real plane. Most everything else looks good so keep at it :D
That’s cool. Well when your ready for me to start I’ll get it ready. In what hat order do you want the build to go? Like suspension/chassis first or chassis/body first? @Chancey21
They are very similar cars in design which is very cool. Also cool that a 40 year design can be fresh as a modern car. And yes the roof is ratrodishly low. Cleared 40 inches on the original car, nuts. @jamesPLANESii
I tend to classify them as different cars. So like the GT40 was the GT40, it had its mkI and mkII. Then, 40 years later, Ford comes out with the GT, first gen in 2004 (i think) with updates through 2008. Then the second gen as we know as the 2017-current GT. I guess you could say it’s the second gen of the design, but 40 years is long pause for generation in a car. Kinda like the Supra and Mark IV Supra. @jamesPLANESii
Yeah I might use a couple things from this if I make it. The construction is mostly the same so I’ll try to keep mine as original as possible so it’s not an outright copy you know? Congrats on 10K btw @Spacedoge12345plane
Nah, he’s a senior I’ve been friends with for a long time, I don’t wanna take it from him. He’s more confident with the solos anyway. I’ll have it next year ;) @Spacedoge12345plane
Lead pipe looks a little long as well as the bell leading out of the first valve. Other than that, really nicely done. (One itsy bitsy little detail also is that the curve of the bell could end a little steeper, but the length is good, I’m only saying bc with those two remidied, I’d call it perfect :) also the shaft that the buttons screw onto could be a bit thicker
Thanks! Made possible through lots of headbanging and phone throwing. Jk, headaches, yes. Throwing, no. Most incompetent springs I’ve ever made lol. In all seriousness though I’m glad you enjoyed it! @Hyattorama
What’s nice about a being a trumpet player is that when I want to I can pick up a euph and play it good enough for wind symphony, or trombone, and I’m currently learning Tuba and French horn.
Very cool, I can see why people like this build. It’s so simple but nicely detailed all around, and the driving is good unlike many cars people have made. Nice to know there’s more than ten people who can make good suspension XD. The springs and dampers are well tuned and the bodyroll doesn’t flip the rig, and it bottoms out (but doesn’t explode) over unrealistic jumps. Can’t really say anything critical except maybe a small steering wheel, very nice!
Well thanks. And, honestly I know what you’re talking about. I kinda expected the same for my latest post as well, but I guess people just like Jeeps over severely modified VWs. I normally don’t upload often but I had the sudden urges to build a couple of things and I have been. After the 6x6 I’ll probably resume XD @TheGuyYouMightKnow

Seeee? It’s not dead, I’ve just had no time, it’s coming soon though. Just gotta finish the interior and some minor things first @ChiyomiAnzai
+1Nah you’re fine, I’ve been putting it off for like two months. I’ll tag you when I upload it. Thanks for the follow @ChiyomiAnzai
+1Nice explanation, entertaining and informative
+1Wow! One your best builds yet I think. Love the suspension setup and everything. Maybe some more damping, but it’s all really good

+1Yeah sure! I’ve been kinda busy for SP in general but I could totally work something out. What’d you have in mind? @Chancey21
+1Lol the first I did with the magnets was run the Tiny into the beast
+1I’d prolly keep the classic stripes because it’s eye catching and link a non stripe version on the post. Looks good!
+1Navy, I agree with chancey’s opinion
+1Thanks man. The quarter panels are pretty difficult as I'm not great at paneling but I won't upload till its up to snuff @tylerdeveneuxmusic
+1Brooooooo, dats sick. Do those rims turn with the wheels? I might be interested in that for something ;)
+1Right around 510 currently. With interior it’ll be closer to 650 I would imagine. Finished build will probably be ~730 @CruzerBlade

+1I’ve just had too much going on to do anything SP related, maybe others are just really busy too
+1Lol thanks man, back for round two are we? XD @Hyattorama

+1Alrighty @XjayIndustrys
+1Yeah, I saw mine back when I couldn’t figure out a four link suspension and wanted to rebuild it. They are a lot fun @LiamW
+1Sí Papa
+1If you keep pitching down, you’ll have an out of body experience where your eyes go outside the cockpit xD
+1Lol, a truly wonderous 8 seconds to 60

+1Taking a guess... 1980s ford fire engine
