@stampy of course how could i have been so blind same height width length and just 60lbs weight difference oh and its got a jet stuck out of the nose.... End result mildly edited copy that doesn't fly as well as the plane it was copied from.
@Cryptic alters the lift the wings generate allowing the aircraft to be less nose heavy, with semis it's almost neutral which is what you want in an ideal world.
Great looking plane but you've got issues a plenty here. Red in front of blue on COM/COL for a start, switch the wing slats over so they cause you to turn the correct way, reduce the vtol wing change 45 degrees is way too much, perhaps put elevators in the wing, reattach the wing pods more securely.
Switch the pitch on the wings, move the rear gear to just behind the wings and you are good to go at 200mph or less, of course the wings come off if you go fast or pull hard on the stick.
Not sure how it's a fail, air launched at Northern Approach and driven at USS Tiny through the mountains it made a heck of a splash as it hit next to the waterline.
To say it's unflyable would be kind it's horrible beyond belief, however it's a great concept, make the platform horizontal and mount the cockpit so you can try and balance it and you could be onto a featured winner.
South runway approach gentle glide slope about 130mph over the sea and pulled up with a bit of rudder on finals. Touched down at 84mph in the middle of the runway and quickly came to a halt the left vertical stabilizer broke before I stopped but was resting on the right hand one rather than coming loose. Was slightly off centre due to rudder but a gentle landing. Glider is a bit twitchy and needs a fair amount of speed to work.
@BaconAndEggs96 So this won't be counted even though it's the first plane entered into your challenge? How would someone go about entry into your challenge for future reference?

@Hunter77 so who's the pick of your crop?
Lost the left hand aileron at 120ft and 650mph over water unfortunately the crew are listed as MIA.
Delightfully simple little plane, easy to fly does the canyon run fairly well, just needs you to arm it.
@blitz horizontal stabilizers, trouble is you have huge wings and no length.
Looks good, saved to fly shortly.
@JacobHardy64 fixed the nose weight issue (providing you fly in the right speed bands)
The Seafrog has grown some more, revised version just uploaded be sure to go give it a try.
Add a tail and elevators
@JacobHardy64 thanks as always for flying and rating.
Enjoyed flying it enough to spend an hour or so building an alternative version, be sure to go give it a try.

It's a great effort but the tail fails at 3000+ mph and she then disintegrates.
@Plasma yes I flew it fixed it and flew it some more.

Like the weapon system not that keen on the plane in total.
Flies nicely enough once you are off the ground, losing the tail on the runway though can be a pain.
Fun little plane, keep uploading and trying new stuff.
Fly well looks good, switch the wings to semisymetric and its a really good effort.
Would have been good if it wasnt a copy.
A little change and a big improvement, will fix the wing issue for you later.
So I can find it to fly later.
Looks good, will fly it later.
An interesting design and worthy of a little more work.
Nice little plane very agile I'm not sure it's a good replica but it's fun to fly.
Need to move the rear wheels forward to make the plane take off far quicker.
It's nice but I would want landing gear and a more realistic speed (this will crack 800mph) for five stars.
Post something original and people will rate white users, all I've see on your profile is others work.

Yes it's an a330
Would have been put up about two hours before your competition.
Not sure how it's a fail, air launched at Northern Approach and driven at USS Tiny through the mountains it made a heck of a splash as it hit next to the waterline.
I like the decoration and the plane is one of my favourites of recent months but this just disintegrates quicker than a Greek financial bailout plan.

@BaconAndEggs96 I'm in.

So can you put my Airbus into the competition please.
If you want to check out my Airbus it's here: https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/OlhYs8/Airbus-Industries-A330-200
There's already an airliner challenge running via @baconqndeggs96
May just be me but this thing is a none flying death trap.
@BaconAndEggs96 So this won't be counted even though it's the first plane entered into your challenge? How would someone go about entry into your challenge for future reference?
@HotDogMan no worries will make a new plane
@3589 more fuel as suggested, any other suggestions gladly taken although can't promise the solutions will be so quickly delivered.
@3589 You asked and KD industries answers, New version with significantly more fuel just uploaded.
Ended its life? Still in service with a Turkey and Iran as far as I'm aware dropping munitions on Isis.
@3589 Why 4 stars? What would you like to see improved?
Have some points for this behemoth. Too big to fly well but I got the gist of it and was able to loose off some jumpers.
I offer up this one then that I made months ago. 6000mph+ and 300k feet; https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/5d9D1x/Mach-7-5
@45678 I try and avoid going floppy in most circumstances....
