If we're going for a new mode here, the aileron/YAW would probably disabled and the pitch at the least softened once in the air, to keep it in that 'straight line'
@Flightsonic I slightly disagree with @tempestaviation Stealth being taken into consideration from the root of design is definetly a 5th gen requirement, however though some 5th gen aircraft have super maneuverability (F22, Pak Fa), it is not a requirement. More importantly, it's the integration of sensors both within the airframe and their output for the pilot which define a 5th gen fighter.
@ChaMikey you use them so that you get to a point where you the aircraft flies straight without any input basically. Different speed or altitude will require a new trim setting depending on aircraft

@SpiritusRaptor now that we have a YF23 I wonder what else you're working on. Surely a PAK FA, it's basically the only 5th gen you haven't done!
