@DaKraken I think a bomber is not the type of aircraft requested in this challenge. It would not be effective. We are looking for attack aircraft (Category1) and circular flight artillery aircraft (Category2).
@RamboJutter In principle, the planes will take off from an airfield. You can reduce parts using the landing gears that come by default, and add some custom component to them. It is a technique that works well and allows you to build faster.

@brians1209 about "maxHeadingAngleAdjustmentRate" and "maxVelocityAngleAdjustmentRate" I do not recommend changing it. Note that this alters the maneuverability of the missile. For example, the "Inferno" missile has the approximate maneuverability of an AGM 65 Maverick. Knowing that, if you want to equip your plane with a better missile, you can modify those values, slightly. I have seen missiles that did not change the direction of flight 180º in less than 1 second. We are not looking for that in this challenge.
Regarding multiple rack pylons, I think that by introducing them, you should reduce the number of pylons in your plane. We try to make this challenge a showcase of good and beautiful airplanes, well balanced. If you add multiple rack pylons, it will mean that you will carry more weight, reducing the load capacity of the rest of the pylons.
@FeatherWing Yes you can send an entry in the current beta. About guns, you can use a max of 2 guns with a maximum diammeter of 30 mm gun or cannon. Also, you can combine, for example, a gun of 20mm and a gun of 30mm; or a gun of 25 mm and another one of 27mm.

AIM-9X speed with mach 6 it´s not correct) Similar response for maxheading, locktime, etc. The maximum number of hardpoints (pylons) will be 11 for category 1 (in rules described). For the weapons you can change weight xml, in order to get works correct (case of missiles).
