The reason Ryanair does hard landings is because they hire the cheapest pilots which would be new to flying large airliners so that’s why and also the pilots aren’t always sure about when they touchdown because they are higher than the gears

so when you finish downloading you click on the file and then the game will open up the mods manager where you can enable the mods
