It's not so difficult.
1. You build a plane.
2. You build a vehicle. put a car engine on your vehicle.
3. Connect your plane and car with a detacher.
4. Assign engine to wheels.

@Hyattorama I think Simpleplanes as a physics simulator. A physics simulator can build not only an airplane, but also mechanical things.
