Northrop YB-35
LINK TO FIXED VERSION: https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/V6P0ua/YB-35-Fixed
TO FIX PLANE: Move vertical stabilizer (located in front of rearmost black canopy section) all the way back to the cone sticking out from the back. Change propellor pitch input on outermost "t" shaped props to VTOL. Credits to @Visify for the fix.
If you like the plane whether it's this version or the fixed one, leave an upvote to show some support! Credits to @Visify for the fix and @Racrandall for helping me with the project from the beginning!
Re-uploaded due to cockpit issue! The flying wing series will also be the last planes to use the clipping control surfaces, still experimenting with them.
DISCLAIMER: I applied a partial fix to the problem of yawing. It will yaw heavily to the left (when I tested it) below 320mph (don't worry, it accelerates quickly), and also on takeoff. When taking off, I have included a turnable nose wheel operated by yaw so you can re-align the plane. This is the tradeoff for, in my opinion, the most realistic looking and detailed YB-35 on the entire site. I also purposely left the cockpit visible, if it becomes unflyable, take the cockpit off and d rotate the plane 4 times to recalculate the drag model. It helps a bit. If you don't like it, just hide the cockpit somewhere...
Controls:
1+VTOL (Cam 3): Central Turret
2+VTOL (Cam 1): Left Side Wing Turret
3+VTOL (Cam 2): Right Side Wing Turret
GEAR: Realistic Landing Gear
TRIM: Flaps/Trim, required to stay level (only about 1/8 is enough, it is very powerful)
