Introduction

Hello Everyone. I present to y'all my replica of Nieuport 17 C.1. A French Single Seat WW1 fighter.

Basic Description

The Nieuport 17 C.1 (or Nieuport XVII C.1 in contemporary sources) was a French sesquiplane fighter designed and manufactured by the Nieuport company during World War I. An improvement over the Nieuport 11, it was a little larger than earlier Nieuports and better adapted to the more powerful engine than the interim Nieuport 16. Aside from early examples, it had the new Alkan-Hamy synchronization gear, permitting the use of a fuselage-mounted synchronised Vickers gun firing through the propeller disc.

Creator's Note

I really love the Nieuport 17 over the Sopwith Camel, S.E.5a, Albatross D V. and Fokker Dr. I (I also love the Fokker Dr. I but Nieuport got the 1st place in my heart). That's why i built it in real life using thicc paper(200gsm) in 1:100 scale.
This replica is a lot bigger compared to the plane's original size. It's not newbie friendly. It takes patience when flying this plane. Don't think that it's a bad plane. In fact when you're at 1000m high, cruising at 390 kmph. It's stable. Stall speed is pretty bad tho, 110 kmph. When you roll 90° to the right and over pitch it, it'll lose control and you'll crash. That's why i said this is not newbie friendly.
There are many more variants of this plane with different camouflage. Follow me and stay tune for the other variants.

Thank you all for checking in😁🇫🇷
