Auto Credit Based on RailfanEthan's 2-6-0 Winton v2

After some research, I've found that the train was built in 1971 by Harry Dixon. The locomotive is a wonderful piece of history, though. It was housed in Texas (last I heard), so hopefully it survived hurricane Harvey.
Controls:
1 activates front lamp
3 activates whistle smoke
Disable 8 to disable smoke effects
Other stuff
I couldn't make it non-beta because the part damage system was utilized.
It is Railway Mod friendly, HOWEVER there is an issue with the trucks. It tends to get stuck if you go highspeed around a corner. The locomotive also bounces between the rails.
