I'd like to see a re-creation of the 1930s Vickers Wellesley light bomber. It was sort of a predecessor to the more famous Wellington in that it also used a geodesic method of airframe construction.
I did something really funny. I stuck a Paveway IV laser-guided bomb from 14ROVI's Guided Missiles Mod onto the Banhammer missile. Destructive power anywhere. It's like the Pokémon Go of missiles (in a way).
I did it with a Wasp modified with 99+ countermeasures (and Inferno missiles that didn't do much good). I, after several failed attempts, crashed it into the mouth of the base and got the cockpit kind of far into the tunnel and hangar. The way to get a location, I've found, is to get your plane's cockpit where the unlock point is. Also, is there actually an unlockable location inside the Ice Base?
I can never land this without it exploding. I try to land it gently, but it either explodes in a fireball or has a small explosion and goes 500ft in the air.
@PvPSky People build these things not because they do things, but because they can and to show off their building skills and appreciation for games and other things.
I would prefer a modless version of this. I do not have or plan to download a whole mod just to use one thing. I know that it says it on the webpage, but that area is very far down because of the long description.
The annoying thing about this website it treats anything with underscores as italics. Example: airplane airplane .
Oh, and by the way, the gear retract/crash thing doesn't work.
How does the jump feature work? I know it involves detaching something...
Also, this thing is hard to land. I have to circle on zero power for about 1 and a half minutes before I can safely land at 230mph. Otherwise it explodes during landing at 350mph.
Now with "spin into ground and explode" feature!

A few minutes after I posted this, I realised what I had to do in Part Properties. Also, I redownloaded the English language on Windows.

The docking port hatch is activated by 1. Just thought that needed clarification.

+1Whenever I use this on a modded map, it just detaches the cockpit and explodes. No, I am NOT accidentally hitting F10.
+1When I steer the USS Tiny (not a problem specific to this control device) it just lists over and cannot be brought back.
When I took off, it just uncontrollably pitched up.
