This thing has a really interesting history, iirc it was supposed to be this fantastic do-it-all plane that could serve practically any Airforce combat role.
@HuskyDynamics01 yeah! They look really good, are only one part, and stack nicely. The only problem is trying to hide the big rotation node that sticks out the one side.
@jluna123 idk? That'd be pretty neat I guess, although it'd probably be the official Andrew Garrison account, idk if they actually use the Jundroo account for site activity aside from posting the stock planes.

Some tips for building ship hulls, if you use smooth corners on fuselage blocks, you can get a nice cargo ship hull. Additionally, rotating a fuselage block 45° can let you do nice angles for a sharper bottomed hull, fuselage cutting is really useful in this. Honestly if you're just building your own design and not a replica, experiment with the game for a little bit and just see what you can make, you might come up with something neat that inspires an eventual finished product.
@Dracul0Anderson there's lots of neat structures and creatures to be found in RainWorld, I might try building an Iterator Superstructure next, or perhaps a Vulture.
@Boeing727200F oh I'm completely aware, don't get me wrong. It's just the historical pinups, while a lot may have been lewd, they were still mature, dignified, and didn't go completely nuts on any particular aspect of the pinup. They had a respectful charm to them, as opposed to a horny(?) feel. Some were a little ways out of left field, see B-24 Liberator "Dragon And His Tail". But ultimately they all shared that same dignified war appropriate quality. I'm fine with meme builds that have funny pinups that are obviously meant to be satirical or humorous, so like- a B-52 Stratofortress with an anime character or someone's fursona would be pretty funny.
@Guywhobuildsstuff oh well. If people can't take constructive criticism that's ultimately their problem. I learnt that early on in my SimplePlanes days, haven't forgotten it yet.

This Is War has a more emotional feel to it, Dancing On The Edge has a more cinematic and confident feel to it, honestly just go with whichever one has the vibe you're looking for in your cinematic.
@YarisSedan to be honest I'm really not sure, my best guess is that it has something to do with how rotation and physics colliders are calculated in game. Basically if a part attached to a rotator or hinge collides with another part, it has to simulate a physical reaction, because that's just how physics works. But when you introduce weird impossibilities like zero mass, far more drag than something should reasonably create, among other things, it gets confused sometimes.

If I had to guess, it's likely the same reason why sometimes in games with 3D physics, you get weird object interactions where they noclip in and out of solid terrain. Think Garry's Mod, when parts welded to each other start colliding uncontrollably because their hitboxes are noclipping into each other. See this video and this video. That's my guess atleast, I could be entirely wrong. It's hard to say.
man you really gotta stop it with the Loud House lookin' head ass boob women, pls just make normal things and normal pinups. Always remember, quality over quantity. Ideally both. I know you can do it.
@YarisSedan oh wow, I figured most phones would be able to run this, considering it runs pretty smoothly on my 4(?) year old iPhone 12. To be fair I did turn off drag calculations for the vast majority of the parts here, but even still it's not like that only applies to my device, it's consistent for all devices obviously. Weird, sorry about that.
So this is how I make all of my builds that are particularly enormous. I first make them at a normal size, small enough that they fit nicely in the designer. Then, I establish a scale size. Basically whatever number gives me the right size in the Fine Tuner scalar. So if I made a build that's 75ft long, but i actually want it to be 7,500ft long, I establish "100" as my scale size, which is then used for proper testing and usage of the creation once I'm done working on it at its smaller size. That's the basic and easiest way to make ridiculously large things in this game, make 'em small first, scale them up afterwards, of course not without extensive testing to make sure the build still functions as desired at its larger, intended size.
@YarisSedan so it only works on High Physics. Even on high physics though, it does occasionally bug out and go utterly ballistic. That's just the nature of the games physics, there's unfortunately nothing I can do about it.
this creation here is what ultimately inspired my Void Worm build. I figured I could create a pretty neat Void Worm using the same technique that that other creation used, and it worked out perfectly. Do check it out!
@F16xl Yeah! I was thinking more of the TR-3A, but yeah it absolutely looks like that. The TR-3B is named "ASTRA" (air & space tactical reconnaissance aircraft), and the TR-3A is the one called the Black Manta.

+1This is really nice, perfect plane to have the Ai spawn in naturally. Makes the airspace feel more alive .
