@Ashdenpaw1 We're focusing on the Steam release for now, but we do plan to have multiplayer support on mobile as well. We hope to have support for cross play so you can hop join a server that has both desktop players and mobile players. This will have a lot of challenges however and we can't make any promises at this time.
@TatsuTheOtaku Our plan is to be able to load a SP1 craft in SP2 and it should mostly work as it does in SP1. If you resave in SP2 the XML will be different and it will not load in SP1.
@Red920 LAN connections do work at the moment, but there is no UI for that yet so you might have to use the dev console: connect 192.168.1.5
It's still early to say though. For the first version we will be focused on using Steam's relay networks so that will be the officially supported way to connect.
@GuardianAerospace yes, we'll have a chat message UI in the game so you can talk via text, but I imagine most players will just use Discord for voice chat.
@32 Thank you for the offer, but we do already have a music company we really enjoy working with. World of Goo 2, that's cool. I enjoyed the first one quite a bit.
Thanks for letting us know. I just pushed an update that prevents users with very low points from posting inline links. Let me know if you notice anything broken! :D
@TheMouse Good point. I just pushed another to notify you if the upvote didn't go through because of the cooldown. Let me know if everything is completely busted again! :D
I pushed an update that might fix the issue, but sadly I can't reproduce the original issue here at the office so I am not sure. Let me know if things are working for you now.
@Graingy @Mousewithamachinegun122 When you upload a craft to SimplePlanes.com, you retain ownership over your original ideas and concepts. However, you grant Jundroo permission to use these creations for marketing and promotional purposes, which helps us highlight your incredible work and brings more visibility to it.
Jundroo owns the intellectual property related to the site's operation and presentation. This includes the technology and services that support SimplePlanes.com, but not the creative concepts of your user-submitted designs. Essentially, while you own your original ideas, the platform owns the means by which those ideas are shared and displayed.
We have no issue with you selling your original creations made using our platform, but any sales must respect copyright and trademark laws relating to the content of your creation. In addition to that, if you want to sell someone else's craft then you would need to obtain written permission from the original author.
While SimplePlanes is running, right click the speaker item in the system try and select Open Volume Mixer. Do you see SimplePlanes in the list with volume at 100%?
@LonelySea22 yep, in VR the player can cycle through cameras just like in the pancake version. They pov is centered on the camera but after that they can move around.
@LonelySea22 We don't we don't directly support that, but I suppose you could walk around to some extent if your set up a guardian boundary large enough.
If you find any issues while beta testing, please email us at games@jundroo.com or let us know in the #free-juno-feedback channel on the Juno Community Server on Discord.
@Danidude88 Oh, I see. I'm sorry the game isn't working on your device any more but it appears to be another casualty of the sliding window of device support. I feel terrible that the game is not working on your device anymore. I might be able to get you Steam key so you can get SP on Steam for free. If you're interested, send an email to me at games@jundroo.com.
@Danidude88 Since none of that worked and you don't see a player.log file in the SimplePlanes folder (in your Files app) then it must be Unity that is crashing on startup before it even gets to our code. Unfortunately, that means we won't be able to fix it until Unity comes out with a patch. Are you in our TestFlight beta testing group?
@Danidude88 I'm sorry to hear the game isn't working on your iOS device. A few things you can try:
Restart your device - you've probably already tried this, but worth mentioning.
Clear your Settings.xml file by going into the Files app and into the SimplePlanes folder and swipe Settings.xml out of existence.
While you're in the SimplePlanes folder, email your player.log file to us at games@jundroo.com.
If that doesn't doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling. Note that this will remove all aircraft on your device, so make sure you back up any design files you want to keep inside the SimplePlanes -> AircraftDesigns folder in the Files app.
@StaleCrackers Your device should be compatible. Can you email your log file to us at games@jundroo.com? Hopefully that will shed some light on what is happening. You can find it using the Files app here: On My iPhone -> SimplePlanes -> Player.log
@StaleCrackers Try restarting your device and see if that fixes the issue. What kind of iPad do you have? Does your iPad have the latest iOS installed?
@Dragoranos This is fixed in v1.12.103, which is rolling out to mobile today. Once you get the update, please let me know if it is working for you when you get the update.
@winterro I agree that is irritating that it spews that message, but unfortunately that is coming from the Unity engine so there's nothing we can do to stop it. Believe me, I wish there was!
@TheCommentaryGuy What version of the Android OS are you using? After ensuring SimplePlanes has permission to access photos, also try restarting your device and see if that fixes the issue. If not, can you email your log file to us at games@jundroo.com? You will need to connect it to a PC and use Windows Explorer to find it here (or somewhere similar): Internal shared storage\Android\data\com.jundroo.SimplePlanes\files\player.log.txt
@DeadlyDialga I can't reproduce this issue. After you experience the issue again, can your email your log file to us at games@jundroo.com? You can find it here %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\Player.log

+4@Apollo018362 Yep, Nathan, Philip, and I typically handle the curation for VR crafts.
+3@VeroViper It should be available everywhere that Steam is available.

@Rb2h third actually. My account was first, then @PhilipTarpley, then @Lipoly.
+1@V Thank you for the kind words. Glad to hear you are doing well!
+1@Graingy hats are a good idea. We will certainly be looking ways to customize Chad.

+4It's a great build, but unfortunately I cannot curate it for VR because the performance cost is too high and it runs too slowly on Quest devices.

+1Very cool craft and I enjoyed checking out the cockpit in VR. The desk with the rolled up map was a nice touch!
+5I'm so glad to hear that our games have had a positive impact in your life! Thanks for playing!
+14Nice job upgrading soldier289's build to include a new VR cockpit! Now I can fully enjoy soldier289's Lancer in VR.
+9@Spartan71 The iOS beta should have some more room now if you want to try joining again.
+1That was a fun read and I can ensure you that my new protectors are treating me quite well.
+17If you find any issues while beta testing, please email us at games@jundroo.com or let us know in the #free-juno-feedback channel on the Juno Community Server on Discord.
Wow, that’s incredible! SP has been out for almost a decade and players are still blowing my mind.

@Danidude88 Yes, here's the link.

Do they crash the game when loading them in the designer or flight? Do you have a link to any of them? What kind of device do you have?
@Danidude88 I'm sorry to hear the game isn't working on your iOS device. A few things you can try:
Should be fixed now. Thanks for letting us know!

@Dracul0Anderson Funky Trees should not be affected by this update and should still work as it did.
+3@StaleCrackers Try restarting your device and see if that fixes the issue. What kind of iPad do you have? Does your iPad have the latest iOS installed?
@Dragoranos Can you post a screenshot? What kind of device do you have?
@Ruskiwaffle1991 This should be fixed in v1.12.103. Check your app store for the update.
@IzzyIA We upgraded Unity and had to update the input system due to compatibility issues with the old version.
+3@FireHawkz The v1.12.203 update should be available on Amazon now.
@Dragoranos This is fixed in v1.12.103, which is rolling out to mobile today. Once you get the update, please let me know if it is working for you when you get the update.

@TheCommentaryGuy You might need to give SimplePlanes permission to access your photos. Here are instructions.
This should be fixed in the next update for mobile (v1.12.103.1), which will be rolling out later today. It is currently fixed in the Steam version.
