If a part fails to connect after being mirrored, it should fall back to connecting to its surrounding parts. Can you provide a link an airplane that shows this problem?
@tylerdeveneuxmusic Thanks for letting me know. I think I fixed an issue related to that in the latest beta. Can you try the new beta (v1.7.0.2) and let me know if the problem is fixed?
@ESIOTROT121 @CPRCpublic Apple does support beta testing, it's just not as easy and you can't do open betas like we are doing on Steam and Google Play. It just takes more time away from us fixing bugs and working on SR2. We're doing the best we can.
Comments are disabled. We don't do it often, but sometimes when we had arguments between players we just turned off comments so we could get back to writing code and stop worrying about things getting out of hand.
@ShockRF Okay, Nathan added some special XML attributes to allow you to tweak top speed on missiles without having to use mass scale. New features are in the 1.7.0.2 beta.
@Mod The previous P-51s weren't flying as good as we'd like, so we switched it up with this update. Miniguns are a bit out of era...but you can use them too!
Are you sure the flak is exploding under water and you're not seeing a reflection? I could have sworn I added some code to prevent underwater explosions! :D
@Thomasj041 I put it on the list of 1.8 features to talk about. No promises, but I do like the idea of putting features in the game to help advanced builders make awesome stuff.
@Creeperslayerz Thank you for the link. Unfortunately, I cannot access the file because it is not shared. Can you click the blue share button in the top right and then click "Get shareable link." That will make it public so I can see it. Thanks again!
I know you said it's for all custom landing gear, but it's still very helpful if you can provide us a link. We're working through a lot of bugs and we can use the help. Thanks!
@Oski It's meant to be launched from both. Cruise missiles are typically launched from surface platforms, but of course, we needed to make it so that airplanes could also launch this beast.
@Jetpackturtle @SuperSanic @EarthwormJim @Gravity sorry, we are tied up with the beta at the moment. I'm going to hold off until the final 1.7 version is released before starting a new tournament.
Final release date depends on how many bugs we have to fix, but we should release between 9/8 and 9/15....hopefully.
@KidKromosone @Dynamicneedle @AudioDud3 @Stellarlabs @Thepilot172 @ItzGray @Rodrigo110 @Epicfail
@Thomasj041 It is a cool idea, but we did not end up doing this. We did make some changes for 1.8 that will affect how long it takes to get a lock based on the size and drag of the aircraft. In the end, it doesn't seem to make a whole lot of difference, just a few seconds + or - that it takes to get a lock.
I'm not sure, but I believe the skybox is several kilometers. The max size of an aircraft is unknown! More likely limited by the user's hardware and frustration levels of trying to deal with an oversized aircraft.

@jamesPLANESii It's magic.

Thanks for the great bug report. Beautiful plane. This should be fixed in the new beta (1.7.0.2).
@ShockRF I'm surprised missiles work at all with that mass scale. Why are you scaling them down so much in mass?
@MechWARRIOR57 Mods and Devs can :)
@Mod The previous P-51s weren't flying as good as we'd like, so we switched it up with this update. Miniguns are a bit out of era...but you can use them too!
@TheOwlAce New beta update is coming out today that should fix those issues with mirroring wing sections.
You can't post inline images until you have 100 points. You will just have to link to those images for now.
@FlyingThings Are you referring to making a new plane with this update, or are your existing designs not working as they did before?
@Creeperslayerz lol, perfect! Thanks!
This won't make the 1.7 update, but it's a nice idea and we'll consider it for 1.8.
Are you sure the flak is exploding under water and you're not seeing a reflection? I could have sworn I added some code to prevent underwater explosions! :D
Thanks for letting us know. We will upload another build for Android today.
Thanks for letting us know. We will do another Android build today that will hopefully fix your issue.

Thanks for the link. That's a cool mech.

What about it looks like a glitch?
@Oski It's meant to be launched from both. Cruise missiles are typically launched from surface platforms, but of course, we needed to make it so that airplanes could also launch this beast.
@Brields95 No, I was just trying to make something that was balanced well so it could take off vertically. My building skills are not the best!
@Stellarcrazyargonaut We're not going to remove it. It's too much fun!
Thanks for the feedback. Can you send us a screenshot of what you are seeing?
@Jetpackturtle @SuperSanic @EarthwormJim @Gravity sorry, we are tied up with the beta at the moment. I'm going to hold off until the final 1.7 version is released before starting a new tournament.
That would be cool, but how would you activate it by pitch? Wouldn't you just activate the program with an activation group?
I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but it will only be a week or so until everyone has access to the 1.7 update.
Final release date depends on how many bugs we have to fix, but we should release between 9/8 and 9/15....hopefully.

@Fjorge We're focusing on the SimplePlanes update, but soon after that we will get you guys another teaser for SR2! :D
Yep, our service provider's service provider had some issues.

We're hoping early next year, but it's too early to pick an exact date, or even month.

Sorry, but no waves planned.
@JetFly lol, I guess that does make sense to take out the middle man.
Just ran a validation check. You would have been notified if your currently submitted design is in violation.
Notice: Modded RPM will be rejected by the final tournament validation.
It's better that you hate and blame the AI for crashing instead of us!
I made a 2d graphics tag.
@JMicah4 can you elaborate a little more? What browser are you using?
@M4A4Firefly just engines catch fire.
@TheMutePaper no, only when shot.
@BaconEggs yikes, that engine that sounds like it's about to explode!
@Ihavenorealideawhatiamdoing yep, torpedoes are coming in this update too.
@GINGER01 We're still figuring out exactly what will happen with wings and other parts that get damaged.
