No no no no I am with you, the first DC-8 I built was mediocre according to my standards, and I thought to myself: "This could be wayyy better," Thank you for noticing though. @SouthTunnel2
This is a game, where everything created is not of financial value, and generally targeted to younger demographics. We can upvote what we want to upvote. We gain nothing from upvoting, they gain nothing for being upvoted, and you gain nothing for ranting over trivial matters.
@piglin no. The reason why I even bothered to type my response in mandarin is because... It just feels rude for me at least, when I have access to one of the most powerful translator ever conceived and yet, yell at them for not speaking English, so I just translate to the language they commented as.
@Mustang51 Well they sit and do nothing, with the occasional flight with the sole purpose to unstiff whatever is stiff, but now you say that, I kinda see your point.
yeah conservation is great and all. But we kinda running out of materials, and unless these airframes can be re-engined with cleaner engines and restored to operational service, they be kinda useless.
@N661US Ah I see, I do apologise for lashing at you. But I do want to see your rendering of the DC-8-70, with how you know these things with the airbrakes, and sections, I bet it'd better than this.
@QingyuZhou I have seen your builds, but I'm satisfied with the method I am applying to my builds for nose paneling, uses much less parts than yours and honestly works enough. Accelerates too fast? Gee I wonder why...

If both of you could find another way to verify an alt account is actually an alt account and not a phony. Please let me know, I don't want to upvote myself either.
I'll see into it, although I have made progress on another airline and would suck if it would never see the light of day... Sorry, but yes, there might be a Lufthansa Livery of my build
@SouthTunnel2
All you need is at least 4 rotator things for this build. and you need to rotate the Lansing gear but that doesn’t increase part count @jelybaca
Great input, although I have made a gear tilt system that is very redundant, and extremely cheap (adds 0 parts, ZERO), basically I have offset the wheels four nudges down and four nudges up, giving an illusion of tilt, well it is tilted. But I'll keep that in mind, thank you.
@klm747klm747
It should be just a little bit more pointy. Thanks a lot for responding though! I made a comment on your A380 just letting you know that you can take those little creases out of the fuselage blocks that have very little rise by rotating them 90 degrees and swapping out the width and length, then using run instead of rise. It works because the fuselage isn't a true circle. But it all fairness, this build is very good and your position on the front page shows it.
It's kind of too late to fix the 747-8 but I am currently working on another civil transport, applied the method you have said, and works well. Thank you for the input.
@Porkchops1233 Not gonna lie I change me mind. It doesnt look good, its too unrealistic, and Philippine Airlines doesnt operate B747. This accelerates too fast, the hump is shaped wrong, the nose doesnt look good, and the isntruments are off. Plus the landing gears dont tilt. Perhaps I should have downloaded "your" plane first before commenting how good it is...
Dont let things in simpleplanes get into you... I have numerous cases of people plagiarising the planes I make but its best to leave it alone, and let the mods handle it. It can get really ugly, and hey free advertisement since the successor system works. Though it can get annoying when they bypass the successor system...
Great plane from a begginer @Porkchops1233 I am very impressed! Say, how did you build it in such a short span of time? And in such detail? Did you build it?
@Sinacraft Yes I have... A unique scenario since from experience, the upvote disparity is typically 30 when two aircraft are uploaded a day after each other.
@CaptFoxworth19 no
@klm747klm747 oh, how so?
@SouthTunnel2 I do apologise, but my aim for builds is to use as few parts as possible, and comprimise unnecessary details. While I think a gear tilt would be lovely, it could increase part count to 900-1200, which would suck because well, though my phone could run such detail craft, others wont. So I try to limit builds to 799 parts.
Why ask though? Its commonplace for replica builders to use blueprint if available, or atleast a paper reference beside the phone. Or open in Apple Safari, or Google Chrome.
P.S. Actually, the fuselage, nose, and tail assembly didn't undergo blueprint, they were grafted from a previous project (747-146). Only the Wing assembly and undercarriage were built with blueprint. Decreasing parts drastically, of about 200 parts...
Looks really nice and aesthetically pleasing, and I appreciate your build style. Though might I ask; do the windows illuminate at night? I can't download it now since I am busy building another plane other than the 727-200.
Not to discredit, but dolls are a popular item among men as well, especially the interactive ones where it gets very intimate between the doll and the user. So it is not weird for a person of male gender to build a doll, well as long as said person plans to not do the doll very thoroughly...
I'll take note @13321892812
Oh, how so @SouthTunnel2 ?

No no no no I am with you, the first DC-8 I built was mediocre according to my standards, and I thought to myself: "This could be wayyy better," Thank you for noticing though. @SouthTunnel2
This is so many parts holy
I swear, all of the planes I am building right now would still sum up less than this in amount of parts.
This is a game, where everything created is not of financial value, and generally targeted to younger demographics. We can upvote what we want to upvote. We gain nothing from upvoting, they gain nothing for being upvoted, and you gain nothing for ranting over trivial matters.

+2@klm747klm747 yo, when do you plan on publishing this?
@Misaka7856
是的,我会考虑的。谢谢。但是我要退休了,所以我可能没有MA60。
只是一个观察,但是Q400和MA60看起来非常相似,就好像西安和庞巴迪正在合作。
+5@HYpe1554 your simpleplanes is probably out of date, as the gears I use utilise a new FT function only available on the latest update.
@Magesh79083 the gears use a new function found in the latest update... Maybe an update would fix it.
+2@Mustang51 Well they sit and do nothing, with the occasional flight with the sole purpose to unstiff whatever is stiff, but now you say that, I kinda see your point.
Just don't discredit the original, and I'll allow it, the Cheapskate's Gear Tilt is only present on the 747-8i Transaero (TPAHCAEPO)

@N661US Build one then in accordance to your desired level of detail and accuracy. Not everyone knows the innerworkings of each specific aircraft.
@QingyuZhou I was gonna say There's no load and maybe you set the throttle to 100% but those are plausible. Frick forgot to decrease brake torque.
@ShootsPlanes I'll see into it. I am planning to build it
@QingyuZhou I have seen your builds, but I'm satisfied with the method I am applying to my builds for nose paneling, uses much less parts than yours and honestly works enough. Accelerates too fast? Gee I wonder why...

I and UP didnt find any reason to add trees, we'll add them next time@Louis2005
@Vidal99977 three of them are, frankly only one is built from scratch
Oh, no reason, no reason I could think of anyways why there's been a major sacking of users.
@asteroidbook345 nope, just some internet issues

That’s a lot, like two A380s lot. And yet densed down to the size of a 757. This is some serious project you are rocking.
Make a Lufthansa one old livery
