Excellent craft! As always. The plane has very good engines and performs some nice barrel rolls. The ailerons are perfect, and the Gatling armament is absolutely impossible to survive! The rudder is lackluster, and the elevators don't provide a turn tight enough to catch up with the Mp1F. I found myself however effectively making the AI overshoot with basic Aileron rolls, forcing a rolling scissors I would inevitably win if I went slower, and only a fraction of time is needed when you have a laser of a weapon. Excellent work
The aircraft is aesthetically pleasing and would look much better as a ground attack aircraft. Heavy, good diving speed, and potential for armaments. However, as a fighter, it is simply too sluggish and lumbering, especially against a light and nimble opponent like the MP1F
The plane was very well performant. I expect more power in the rudder, as any maneuver I had with it was not doable with such a small and weak rudder, but regardlessly, in terms of turning and agility, this aircraft far exceeds most of the competition
I am honestly going to say that there were no skills involved in heavily XML editing the airplanes, but as it was mentioned, fairness was not the main goal anymore. I made the MP1F at the beginning when I genuinely believed that it was going to be fair and square, but seeing how it progressed, I just wanted to leave a nice plane, instead of a flying penis with a lazer beam or some mach 40 aircraft. It was very good to see stuff like @LieutenantSOT's aircraft, or @AtlasMilitaryIndustries's aircraft on screen. Absolutely love their creations, and I find them very beautiful. I wish the next tournament will focus more on fair and square amazing dogfights rather than XMl wars
The aircraft is amazing at dealing with the enemy AI. So far the only losses where when the turrets lacked the reaction time and the burst from the Edelweiss shattered the plane. However, most encounters were absolute wins from the MeGetEs. The code works very well, and leaves little room for all types of attacks. The aircraft itself is a little odd-looking, but works! Good job
The aircraft is pleasantly looking, and has some nice shapes! The airfoil needs some work though, and I had some real issues with maneuvering the aircraft. It's not a viable fighter against the AI, but it's so far one of the best aesthetical entries!
@rexzion I know, I am more curious to see what solution people come up with, rather than succeeding. Scoring the kill on it is the highest points you could get, per say
So far, this was the closest plane to win. 1 out of 3 fights, this aircraft won, having some powerful armaments, and the slow speed made the MP1F often overshoot. However, it lacks the maneuverability and endurance to withstand the fight. Nevertheless, aside from the lack of details, this plane stood its ground quite well, and frankly, I believe it is an outstanding fighter. Especially liked those shotguns ;). Good job
But you said to remove them, so I'll judge this plane in a moment
The description clearly said that missilies were not allowed
@AeroAeroTheMen Indeed my friend
@ThomasRoderick
Magic, lube, and flour

+1Hey, I never said you can't XML mod! I was more referring to insta-kill lasers ;P
@NavalGunnery No, I left them just because I forgot to remove them
