On the suggestion i should note that the vertical lift of the centre prop is needed to keep the aircraft as stable as it is, this is keeps it stable even on as low as 3% throttle. I would like to make a better version some other time as now i am more experienced 👍
Edit: i have got this working plus 1 block to spare which could be used for a machine gun, airbrake, cms or just hiding the engine more using the piston

If not the challenge then just building stuff (doesent have to be planes) since i see you are very good at transforming builds you could make your own and i promise you you will get better :)
If you removed those two fuselages on the inlets you could have added a hinge and gyroscope to make it VTOL. This is still pretty cool but just wanted to mention this.
