@ThomasRoderick Guess this system was long discovered by various users. Still it's nice to see some documentation on how it works. Like what you provided here.
@ThomasRoderick You really did your research haha. I actually searched for "Missiles that can lock on obscured targets" and nothing seems to pop up lol. I don't know what to call it so I just searched for its literal meaning.
You beat me to it! And I'm glad somebody cracked the code haha. What I did here is technically the same. I used cannons to makes custom colored trails for missiles. So the idea is cannons are fired first and then the missile is somewhat recognized as the cannon therefore it is fired even if the target is obscured. We have slight differences in coding though and I actually found out a method to add firingdelay and range but I'm still experimenting with it. I don't have a stash of weapons but I now have a weapon featuring this tech that I'm still yet to post.
Edit: It seems this method was long discovered by @Reuben201103 so thanks for uncovering that!
@Sadboye12 Thanks! Well I really like weapons and I might say my builds improved throughout the years. Just keep doing what you do and I'll be sure to follow ;)
Cool!
Awesome!
@Harris0123 Nope.
@Vechile123 I don't necessarily make planes. But if you are looking for a demo here.
No, But I wish it has.
Nice concept.
@AsteroidAsteroidTheBook quite the opposite actually. He put 0 mass scale on the missile.
Awesome
+2nice
@ThomasRoderick No prob. Nice models btw. Perfect for making accurate replicas.
+1@OfficialOfficialTheRyan Thanks
@Stevengaming disconnected the whole gun from the cockpit. The main cockpit is that 1 part.
@EternalDarkness Cool, goodluck then!
Kid: Mom I want MS Flight Sim!
Mom: But be have MS Flight Sim at home...

@DarkMarble1 Glad you like it!
@ThomasRoderick I may implement your method and apply some of my concepts for future experiments.

+1@ThomasRoderick I see. Kinda nice to have an archive of useful builds from other users. Well goodluck on your next build!
+1@ThomasRoderick Why'd you delete all your stuff?

+1I would be glad if by chance it will be potato compatible. Nevertheless looks nice.
Hot truck.

+1Those legs are the nicest I've seen for a while.
@Rakoval500k Ok. I'm not looking for that level of accuracy plus I based this on another user's build.
Seeing the name kinda makes me hungry...
+1Nice Maneuvers
Nice car
@Sadboye12 Yup it is sorcery.
+1@Sadboye12 Thanks! Well I really like weapons and I might say my builds improved throughout the years. Just keep doing what you do and I'll be sure to follow ;)
+1@Sadboye12 Yeah I like your builds specially the weapon systems.
+1@Sadboye12 Great idea. Hope to see that feature on your next builds.
