@TheMouse Thank you for the spotlight! I might make a "low" part count version of this rig for lower spec device users. It may be absent of a trailer and a lot of details.
@PapaKernels Thank you for the spotlight!
The coupler utilizes a single, small magnet located in the fifth wheel facing upright. The trick is, the receiving end of the trailer coupler has a free spinning rotator that allows the trailer to swing freely.
Feel free to pick it apart and study it's function.
@ChuanLiuBuXi2191 Absolutely! When I have enough variations of this platform built, I plan on releasing multiple variations of this chassis to the public. Just stripped down frames meant for building whatever you want over it.
@Graingy By the looks of things, Aydenapp seems to be the artist of the characters used in their build thumbnails. Perhaps they just wanted to combine their build with their love of drawing?
I wish Simpleplanes was better optimized for larger builds. I wanted to spawn rolling stock in sets of five and link them all together to pull a realistically sized train with my SD9. Sadly, even with my monster rig, the game started to lag hard.
I was gonna join until I saw the part limit was 500. Knowing myself, I'd get overzealous with the detail real quick, especially since my last build was over 1,300 parts and that thing's a nugget.
@SyntheticL Thank you for the spotlight!
@RolyBuilds it's in the works.
