As much as I loved building this, I think custom cockpits and gear bays will be relegated to my big projects. Small stuff like the last 2 teasers will just be basic, simple constructs.
They even operate the Dutch VECTOR Armored Car, super effective in the deserts and jungles because of, well, Dutch terrain having similar issues. Not a lot of super heavy trucks though because - again - Sand and Jungles.
@BotFinder2023 yeah, they use a looot of stuff. Like, one base will have Strike Eagles sitting next to Su-30M's in a hangar, or F-35's chillin' with MiG-35s.
@phrongus no. Spinosaurus Aegyptiacus is named after Aegyptia, the Latin name for Egypt. It just so happens that in my alternate history, many Egyptians migrated south around 2000BC, thus the Aegars giving the name "Aegyptica" meaning 'Land of the Aegars' in the fictional language, Agarian. If that wasn't already wacky, Aegyptica operates equipment from USA and Russia predominantly, as well as many other nations. They operate so many different types of equipment that their military is often nicknamed "The Aegyptican Amalgam Army"
Their Army uses the M4 and M16A4, while the Marines use a heavily modified and modernized AK-pattern rifle, named the TAK-47 (Different from the TAK-47 12 guage/Saiga). A common name for this rifle, given the fact it shares its name with the Saiga, is the MAK-PR (Modernized Avtomat Kalashnikov Pattern Rifle).
@BotFinder2023 yup. One Aegyptican export that southern Africa has a butload of that nobody seems to take into account in RPs is precious metals. SA has a toooon of Platinum, Chromium, and Tungsten.
@BotFinder2023 most of their money comes from exports because the government actually takes advantage of the resources. They export resources, foodstuffs, Automobiles, computers, aircraft, ships, robotics..... tons of stuff.
@OUGHTO ye. Funnily enough all the people that ragged on it, their planes get their asses kicked by this.....
After they claimed their jets would win 10 times out of 10, I won 7 times out of ten....
Not to mention it has F-22, Gripen, Eurofighter, and Super Hornet avionics :/
@SkyJayTheFirst ngl the Crowhawk is sexy. It's also super fun to fly. Something I've noticed as well is that with the proper throttle control, you can hover vertically like a hand-stand. Super fun and super cool plane.
@FirstFish83828 size accurate missiles and weapons in general, ability to add delay on parachutes for simpler ejection seat controls, ability to change shape of canopy pieces, an option to shorten a part without changing the angle of the sides, so as to make custom canopies easier, better stock landing gear with customization options, more cockpit pieces (pre-made gunsight pieces, radars of multiple ages, etc.)
@Farewellntchii just you. Also, some flaps during that period served a dual purpose. Or, in the case of the Argentavis; The front wings are so far forward that the flaps act like airbrakes if deployed down, and normal flaps if deployed upward. Kinda like a Helldiver but fully-realised.
@Farewellntchii flaps aren't meant to be used at high speeds, and the ones on this airframe are intentionally an odd shape to discourage use at speeds in excess of 270mph, as any real life WW2 aircraft. The landing gear wouldn't operate correctly without closing by default. Ty for the compliment tho m8 :)
@Farewellntchii partially Correct. For example the P-61 was big asf but still went 400mph, but it couldn't turn for sh't. On the contrary, the P51 was comparatively small, went just over 430mph, and had one of the best turn rates of the war.
@phrongus
Helter-Skelter means chaos, confusion. When a 60ft stealth jet comes out of nowhere and gonks you with a sidewinder, helter-skelter.
Also the plane is named Skelter :/
As much as I loved building this, I think custom cockpits and gear bays will be relegated to my big projects. Small stuff like the last 2 teasers will just be basic, simple constructs.
@phrongus barely counts because it was such a close cousin to the other Titanosaurs, but in my alternate timeline it would be named after Aegyptica.
@OwO what there isn't a Mirage there lol.

@MrCOPTY YF is a designation for prototypes though, a production fighter would not be designated YF-__
+1@ColonelCanada It's an ugly plane fr.

It allows you to make HTML, Direct Markdown etc links and it takes like 5 seconds.
@LeaveUsAlone you told me to tag you :/

Remember y'all ragging on this saying it was going to suck ass? Yeah me too.

@OUGHTO yeah. The 3g limiter was making it handle like a bomber so I got rid of it.
Who says I can't make something nice?

+1@AlivePan took me 3 so i feel you lol
@MartinByrde
Still mad about Ruth?
Also, if you genuinely got the game 3 days ago, major props to learning techniques like custom wings that quickly.
An absolute beauty.
+1@TheIndianGaruda I heard it rolled onto him when he tried to take a turn and it broke his neck.

+3Are we not going to talk about "SP2? It ain't April yet!"
Set in Oceania between two countries named like Scandinavian nations.....
@MrCOPTY I shall give no spoilers.
+1I feel like the awkward shape of those wingtips should hint at how cursed this thing is lol.
@ArrayDenalov a very cursed f16
+2@Timothy19452022 F-35 Eagle? NTSB investigating a military incident, when it should be NCIS?
+1@FOXG tailless aircraft. The wings don't last the length of the main body thus it is not a flying wing
