@DuckMintnewprofile Thanks for the response. I finally gave up on editing existing maps and learned how to build my own with Unity. I also have Visual Studio installed. Turns out that building just the map is not that difficult, and also quite relaxing. It is adding AI enemy units, such as missile tanks/bases, convoys, etc that has me stumped now. That is much more complicated. Other than the Reddit wiki, is there a good source of instruction on this for people who are not familiar with C++, levels and scripts? If there isn't, I'm sure the creation of one, would be very much appreciated by many.
I would really like to crank out a number of new maps, with enemies that shoot back, for the community to enjoy.
Can anyone give me a quick tutorial about how to modify an existing map that I downloaded. There are some cool maps, but there's nothing to shoot at, so I'd like to add some enemy to fight. I'm playing on PC, and have installed Unity w/ SP mod tools. I can't figure out how to open the maps and edit them.
Thanks, guys.

@DerekSP No, unfortunately all the targets disappear. Very frustrating and counter productive for a novice player trying to learn how to play.
