This flyes pretty well, however you did that.
Nice first plane, the reason that it rolles is that the wings are not symmetrical. You can use the mirrow option to make the wings identical.

I recommend using the mod "Colour Editor" for the cockpit (reflections). Also you could use Shift+W,S,A,D to clip the cockpit in the fuselage. Anyways good job.
