Nice first plane,
the reason that it rolles is that the wings are not symmetrical. You can use the mirrow option to make the wings identical.

You can use the mod "DesignerSuite" and connect the missle with the fuselage, that should work.

I recommend using the mod "Colour Editor" for the cockpit (reflections). Also you could use Shift+W,S,A,D to clip the cockpit in the fuselage. Anyways good job.
