i see, i guess that "v" thing is an old one then, it was basically the same as IAS but measured in mph since back then that was the only speed unit and we couldnt change what the speed is relative to
and how do i make it so that the thrust is set to the current throttle value? while also being above a certain speed?
@ZeroWithSlashedO
basically i want to make a ramjet like thing
my basic idea using your solution is to have an engine only apply thrust when the speed is lets say over 500 mph (just for convenience/example sake) and when throttle is given.
this would mean the input is Throttle&v>500, however it doesn't apply thrust at all, no matter how fast i go or how i arrange the two seperate inputs, and bracketing it, e.g. (Throttle)&(v>500) doesn't work either
@ZeroWithSlashedO
yeah it's mostly part count, size is much less of a concern
however, the one that really lags is labels being used as images, those will absolutely shred your FPS
it should also be noted that all 3 helicopter engines, as well as the BFE150 (afterburning jet engine) have rather high performance cost due to their complex animations, so avoid using those if you wanna keep it down. rotators and wheels also have a decent affect on it but nowhere near as much as those engines.
noice, ngl this looks like a modern version of that weird german craft whose designers definitely drank too much bier (idk if that's allowed on this site, i'll remove it if it isn't)
no, what i mean is that i can turn right with the button, but not to the left, it just doesnt do anything
ive actually just replaced this entire button thing now with a little lever hidden under the steering wheel bound to yaw
@Phoebe
yes, try to burrow the bomb and detacher near the top of the craft (but not enough so that it sticks out, if possible), so that when you drop it gravity will pull the bomb down and explode the craft, i would also reccommend putting some sort of mini platform just under the bomb (with aircraft collisions enabled) so that the bomb can hit that, or encase the entire bomb and detacher system with a cage/chamber thing to ensure it always explodes
i don't know how big your craft is (or what type/vehicle it is) so some of these might not be possible, if you don't know how to do it or can't find a good spot, just upload it unlisted, tag me on it and i'll probably be able to squeeze it in
@Ihavesnowball
@MIDNIGHT
hey, sorry to say this, but i unfortunately won't be able to do the screenshots.
my device isn't as good at coping with high part count builds as it used to, especially with many moving parts, and i'm also busy with real life and other games, so i won't be able to do the pictures
again, really sorry about this
select part that has the stuff passing through it -> open XML Overload (enable it if you haven't already) -> find "disableAircraftCollisions" -> set to true -> repeat for other side, i also suggest you do that to some neighbouring parts to prevent weird clipping issues
hope this helped :)
the hell happened here
they don't matter at all
Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ with a quad turbo W16
and yes, the One:1 is powered by a V8
@G2
yes smae i also fogor it
sure np
@AndrewGarrisonAlt
could we get an insight on what the results are or at least when we can expect to see them?
"top speed up to mach 3"
easily does mach 4.5
ye i saw it
i didn't really ask for you to make it, its just a random thing that popped out of my mind but whatever
@Rocketguy2079
same lmao
@TheUneducatedPlon
first one
okay, i'm entering, but where the heck is the cockpit because its way too small and i cant use random parts to try and find an attach point
is "power by max value" that pow thing?
@ZeroWithSlashedO
same dude, same

our cat keeps climbing/jumping onto the part of the kitchen that's supposed to be clean cause that's where we actually make our food and get it ready
"f1 cat" i know thats a typo but damn now i'm imagining a cat running around with massive wings spoilers diffusers and stuff attached to it lol

@ZeroWithSlashedO
idk what its called but it had a weird looking engine mounted on the top and your craft reminded me of it
@BestBuilderEverNOCAP
wait... i made this 1.8 years ago??? it still feels like i made it last month!
what

yeah, postimages is best, because you dont even need an account unlike discord
yeah, i know its for realism, i just wish there was a way to turn it off
@DwiAngkasaAeronautics

@Ihavesnowball
you could try adding a bomb to a detacher or pylon and setting their drop delay to 1 second then burying that somewhere in the craft
yeah, i also thought of maybe using it as a weird scifi looking engine
@TRD6932
why
don't bring attention to me please
i'm allergic to it
i already tried reducing drag and its still the same
@TheFlightGuySP
send help
bo''m g'n

uh
🅱️
guys please stop upvoting this only because of that stupid post i made
i think it's allowed, since i've seen people upload other hidden crafts (such as the AI Enemy or AI Bomber) without any problems
me who has bought both games for full price: wazowsky
well, i wish you the best of luck, hopefully someone else can help
