To get to the point, there's alot of resources (ie. Tutorials, examples) that help improve your building skills.
Everyone starts from somewhere, definitely not from uploading other people's planes/builds without permission and not crediting

If you can't improve on something, find a way to work around that. Or just do what you see fit.
It's all about creativity, or so people say.
