@Jabuticaba23 hey thanks man! I'm stoked for Uni lol. Plus, it's near a B-36, so I really want to try and restore her lol
.
And those are so cool! I'm actually building a Martin Model 194 rn, and then I'm going to finish my PWS 23 Karas! Those are dope though, I'm going to add them to my list to do one day!
Apologies, m8. I've been having a hard time getting back into this as my IRL life is insane lol. You are the pretty obvious #1 victor of the challenge, so I'm going to award you 10 upvotes and close the challenge. Thank you so much for your submission!
The Soviet Union collapsed due to Gorbachev's reforms, making the USSR western and more "Democratic." Following the opening of the markets, Lithuania declared independence, causing the other 12 remaining SRs to do the same. Kazakhstan was the last bastion of the USSR, for 2 days in Decembre. Because Russia already had a president, the Politburo and Grand Premier were disestablished, therefore placing Boris Yeltsin as President of the new Russian Federation, better known as the Russian Provisional Democratic Republic from 1991 to 1993, when the constitution was signed. Gorbachev lost all his power albeit being an amazing leader and reformer.
.
Likewise, in 1991, many of the Warsaw Pact member states began having elections, forming the modern Democratic states, and they subsequently joined the European Union
.
In 1991, the Soviet Union had nearly 300 million people living under the hammer and sickle, which was almost 100 million more than the US at this point, which had just over 200 million.
.
The Ukraine had intense turmoil for many years after this, fighting between the pro-NATO/EU faction and the Russian sympathizers, whom were both elected and passed counterintuitive bills and motions against one another, causing political stagnation
.
The newly formed German state was beginning more reintegration of the eastern states, and attempting to develop this, but even to this day, there is a severe difference in development/income in the two regions, even Berlin has different lights from the Communist and Capitalist sections that can be seen from space.
.
Skunk Works was continuing its development of stealth aircraft, most notably the F-35 and F-22, and working on its then-in service F-117
This is brilliant
I would like to note, however, that this was merely the merchant and civilian flag. Largely recognized by the international stage was the Austrian flag that had been in use for nearly a millenia prior, the black and gold flag. Unfortunately, Transleithania (Kingdom of Hungary) was given minimal recognition even after the Hungarian peoples vowed to praise the emperor in return for autonomy. The dual monarchy was truly nothing more than a power struggle between Transleithania and Cisleithania, with little 'ole Condominium of Bosnia sitting back wondering who his daddy was
.
Either way, one of the most beautiful flags ever designed <3
Thank you! Finally someone else making super obscure aircraft replicas. I love this in every way. Is it ugly? Hell yes. Is it beautiful? Hell yes. How? Italy!
The early Caproni series was the best set of aircraft
This is like comparing the Willey Tank to an M1 Abrams
.
Yes, Wilbur and Orville invented powered flight, but the first true aircraft was made by Traian Vuia
.
The Willey Tank was the first armored vehicle that could propel itself, but the first "tank" was the Renault FT
Neither, Traian Vuia, a Romanian inventor, flew the first "aeroplane" as we know today, including an undercarriage and a forward-facing engine. Romania also designed the first rocket powered aircraft, which the Germans used to take notes
I think it's safe to say that people don't really know if they want an update or not. Damn. I wish they were more straightforward. I would be willing to pay 10 dollars, but these people just can't make up their minds
@Jakeharharhar I posted it a few months ago, it's incompleted. But here soon I'm going to announce my starting of the largest and most realistic project I have ever done...
@Mastereldo lmao
The X1 didn't have afterburner, but the X2 did, not sure how it would have worked... You're probably right. They'd tar the deck every day 😂😂
@Mason08 Viprtech Mutineer
CPU: Intel I7
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 8 GB (forgor the name)
RAM: 16 GB
SSD: 500 GB
.
Surprisingly cheap for the specs, only 600 dollars, but I got it on sale for 500 on Amazon
EngieWeeb, I only tag you because this was your suggestion! I'm sorry it isn't 100% quality, but I wanted an easy-er build to do before my next two projects that are gonna be massive lol. These damned engine pods took the longest to do, and I still am not very proud of how they came out, but I hope you enjoy nonetheless!
One might say this title is pretty... obtuse...
.
All jokes aside, this challenge sounds great! Unfortunately I am fairly busy, so have my updoot and spotlight m8!
@Jabuticaba23 I am terribly sorry, life has been crazy lol. I will get onto it asap, in fact, I'm going to have it done by tonight, hopefully. Terribly sorry m8
This is great. Once I complete my current build and catch up on other stuff on this site, I've designed a plane I've been meaning to build for a while
.
Just to make sure: heavy bombers that have mixed propulsion are allowed right? I know you put it in the rules, but I just want to check
@Jabuticaba23 hey no worries man!
Crap. I just noticed that there are successors, I never got the notification lol. Sorry. My life has been crazy lately
This is amazing man!
.
And you are right! The Do 355 was proposed to be able to hold 3 bombs on some variants, 2 on the wings, and one in the bomb bay!
@Kerbango @Nerfaddict thank you guys!!
I got an aviation headset of my own, so I'm starting back flight training this summer in hopes of getting my license by the time I graduate!

@TheOfficalMarylander huh? I didn't make a successor
As I am American, I too agree that we should use Metric

Yeah sounds good m8! Actually, ironically, my next project after this one is going to be remaking my B-36 😂
I have stuff to do today, so when I get back home, I'll release the results and give out the rewards by tonight or tomorrow
