This is freaking amazing. I think I know how you do it too. Cylinders attached to a fluid piece, and all the cylinders are on a split-second delay from one another, with cyclic on
But as WolfSpark said, it could only carry one at a time. The Enola Gay targeted Hiroshima and dropped Little Boy. Three days later when Japan refused to Surrender, they sent the Bockscar after Yokohama (Tokyo) with Fat Man on board. They, however, found technical difficulties and dropped the bomb on Nagasaki instead
Is this supposed to be an F-104? I assume so because 1, the design, and 2, the speed.
Either way, what exactly needs to be fixed?
.
Also, try making custom gear. The stock gear look horrid on a replica
This is horrid. The B-50 Superfortress had a variant with jet pods, but this... this is just physically implausible, and nonetheless, you didn't ask the previous builder for permission
@realSavageMan and yeah lmao. I need to check them out. I never saw them. I didn't start following you until a few days ago, so... yeah. You have some super high quality, badass builds. You deserve the 300K. Godspeed, lad
@TheDesignate yes. After WW2, the B-29 was retrofitted and redesignated as the B-50. Later, jet engines and some of the first aerial tanking equipment were added. It dropped the Bell X-1, and aided in the production of the XF-85, both of which were meant for the Convair B-36
sad face
I love this plane, and the way you did it, but it sucks you couldn't finish it. It has no payload, and the jet engines are not on it. Of course, the latter isn't necessary, but I would have preferred it. If it doesn't have any weaponry, I cannot include it in the challenge. I would add like 8 500 pound bombs, but I feel that that is unfair for me to edit the craft. I'm sorry, mate
Fair. The YF-23 was actually predicted to have been able to defeat the F-22, and had similar maneuverability. Probably would have been better, considering its range, speed, and payload were all also considerably better, albeit the aircraft being a little larger
.
But I agree. The Raptor is awesome. I hope to fly one when I get into the Air Force
A B-36 Peacemaker. Full cockpit w/ a flight engineer station (with mixture and throttle), the overhead throttles and ignitions for the jets over the pilot station, the unique pitch control, the whole shazam. Might add gun turrets too
.
I also am going to build a remake of my THA-X3 Super Hawk under a new designation, and with some remade parts... and a T-6 Texan II for PapaKernels
Did y'all change the sound of the helicopter engine? I don't remember there being the rotor whipping sound before. Or maybe I just didn't hear it before lol
@Walvis I'm sorry, but unless I get a massive amount of inspiration in a short period of time, I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish my massive project in time for this. I'm still going to finish it, but likely not for a while
@PapaKernels YESSS. Lmao. I opened my phone as you messaged me through Discord lol
.
Also, I was already thinking of that ;). I want to do the XF15C-1, the XP-81, and the FR Fireball
This is freaking awesome!
.
Might want to disable aircraft collisions on the gun parts, and also, the trim doesn't do enough. Still at a negative aoa. But other than that, amazing! I love the flap extensions
@marcox43 depends what this "flight simulator" is. If you see through the cockpit, yes. If you actually control the aircraft, yes.
.
War Thunder is kind of realistic, at least the simulator battles are. Arcade mode is completely unrealistic, and realistic battles are... realistic enough.
Actual flight sims with flight sticks and buttons and stuff can actually get you flight hours if it is FAA regulated.
@jamesPLANESii never have done it, but I want to buy a T337G Skymaster (does that count as a bush plane?) and fly it over Alaska or something
.
Either way, bush planes are awesome. Who needs avionics when you let the wind carry you over the ground below?
@An2k huh. Okay! Well, thank you!
.
I'm trying to do my own version lol. I just have a pretty bad knowledge of the workings of FT. But that's dope! I'm working on multiple engines that are each more powerful than the last
@EdamCheese6 yeah, true
.
But this update is supposed to be a turning point lol. For a new game, you need new planes. This is why I'm going to build the B-36 in all of it's glory

And fineee. Maybe you're right...

+1@Marball I don't think adding that to the game would be easy. At that point, a screen recorder would work just fine
+1@Mage2IsTriggered oh, okay lol. Sorry, just wanted to clarify
+1@Mage2IsTriggered awesome!
+1.
And I meant V12 as in like a 12 piston V engine
Is a V12 Engine allowed?
+1I might join! This sounds dope
+1@FierceNights don't type through the game
+1@FierceNights post unlisted, then type it
+1Awesome work, buddy!
+1Thanks!! @PapaKernels @aaronneit
+1You know what... I'm in. I want to build something good before the update comes
+1Happy birthday!!
+1@TatsuTheOtaku oh, okay! Sorry, my bad lol

I made a really simplified version of this a few weeks ago that uses speed as the gear change lol
+1.
Great job!!
And this looks great!!
+1@JuanNotAnAlt difficult tests? Screw it. Let's pull some +9g maneuvers

+1Kidding lol. This is great
@TatsuTheOtaku it's looking amazing!!
+1and you're fine lol. If you need me to extend the challenge any further, just lmk
@TatsuTheOtaku ofc!
+1@TatsuTheOtaku sorry you're sick :/ but of course!

+1Or was it the other way around... either way, those are the codes
+1Horizontal locking is put in a rotator, and the code is (TargetHeading) / -90
+1Vertical is (TargetHeading - Heading) / -90
@PapaKernels lol. What makes you say that...
+1Thanks! @TheLateJBerry

I'm probably gonna extend the deadline, so no worries. Or if you need more time, I still can

@DDVC place two of them, then. One rotated upwards, and the other opposite. Both at the same X Y and Z coordinates
+1@An2k huh. Okay! Well, thank you!

He said he wants a tag, but only if he sees this in silver
