Nice build, Look at my page for ideas on how to improve. I just posted a car with independent suspension. It's quite fun to build suspension because the game works with it so well.

  • Fully working car (upgraded Diff) 3.7 years ago

@TigerEye35 yeah you'll have that. I started this project freshman year and never thought it could climb a 60-degree slope with a piston engine. Now here I am so I could care less if it blows up. If 12 people see it then good enough. And if I ever loose my data ill have online backups

if you are going to make a hard rear axle it needs to pivot so add some rotators before those hinges and it should work a lot better. You can check out my page and look at some of the suspensions i have built. GOOD LUCK and keep it up.

    @Airbus747SP thanks bro!

@Strucker lots of time and effort lmao, thanks!!

@JSwannyGaming148 Hey thanks! It's just something I like to do for fun and not many games have this much to play around with.

@An2k well it actually uses those rotators to turn and the power is transmitted through a central shaft if you look closely.

@LimitedShelf568 Idk if you still play this game but I just made a new design and I see you're an ME student just like me. Want to try to build a better engine for this truck?

  • 100% working car without native engine. 4.3 years ago

@MAHADI Hey i just made an update to this design. Mind checking it out?

  • First 100% Working Car Gen (2) 4.3 years ago

@LiftedCars lmao I'm 3.2 years late but sure why not look at my new design.

  • First 100% Working Car Gen (2) 4.3 years ago

@Colonel1J2R3Wolf @Moronindustries Just made it possible after 3.2 years. It's able to run on mobile now. lmao

  • FULLY manual car (Finished) 4.3 years ago

@An2k Dang, do you have a computer? Its really cool to watch run and I made it very smooth running.

  • FULLY manual car (Finished) 4.3 years ago

EDIT: if you have the new iphone with an a13 processor you can run it easily. So most new phones can run it.

  • Low Rider 4.4 years ago

    lmao that is great.

  • Crawler 4.8 years ago

If you save it as a sub assembly you can use it in your own cars. And there are now mods for iOS. @CrazyRat2004

  • A first in SimplePlanes (Possibly) teaserino 6.7 years ago

I think it a great idea. I started my car almost 3 years ago, it just takes a lot of work.

  • Working Car... idk the clasification for this 6.7 years ago

@ThePrototype damn that's awesome, btw this thing is a lot bet and can get to 15 mph it just that I can't post things with mods, I would use the engine output mod instead of the piston engine.

  • Working Car... idk the clasification for this 6.7 years ago

@Fighterpilot91 yes, for the entire 2 people that care i am back.

  • experiment v 7.4 years ago

Lol true. That was very bad wording now that I read it. @VarcJohn @SunFire

  • experiment v 7.4 years ago

I want you to take the rotators off my build and use it on this because is would make it better is what I was trying to say.

  • experiment v 7.4 years ago

🤣 dude calm down. I was not accusing you of plagiarism. I honestly don't care. What I ment was you can take the rotators from my creation and use them. I want you to use them. Because I think it would make this better. Honestly yours is 0% like mine how could I accuse you of that. I was just trying to give you some parts to make yours better. Sorry. And there is this thing called google translate it's pretty neat for reading different languages.

  • experiment v 7.4 years ago

Look on my account and download my working quadcopter and steal the rotators off of that and use them for this build. I like where you are going with this.

  • Working 5-Speed Manual Transmission 7.4 years ago

That's awesome. When are you going to post it? I am going to make my own transmission with the gear mod. Btw thx for giving that too me.

  • Working 5-Speed Manual Transmission 7.4 years ago

This one freaks out on my computer even on high physics. It would be a lot better if it was a 3 speed. but i will see what i can do.

  • 100% Working Car Gen(3) 7.4 years ago

Heck yeah, right as I can get to my computer. I'm on vacation.@Fighterpilot91

  • Working 5-Speed Manual Transmission 7.4 years ago

did he take the mod down?

  • 100% working car without native engine. 7.4 years ago

Heck ya, I would use it but I build things in steam and that mod isn't in it. But i would love to use that engine and I will give you credit for everything I use. @LimitedShelf568

  • Dirtbug Deluxe 7.4 years ago

this suspension is not that good to use because when the wheel goes up that bar shortens, if i where you would put a suspension part in the bar going to the wheel. or make a normal car like suspension its not that hard. your welcome

  • 100% working car without native engine. 7.4 years ago

ya i used to let me get it again @88blaroo

  • 100% working car without native engine. 7.4 years ago

i like the car and it is a good starting point for learning complicated moving parts. May i suggest to put a suspension in the bar that links the 2 wheels because when one wheel goes away from the other that bar has to get longer. you can do that by looking at the rotating part in the suspension in my vehicle. It takes a suspension and reverses it so the rod can get longer. @88blaroo if you want i can do it to show you.

  • 100% working car without native engine. 7.4 years ago

Yeah I am going to try to make a mobile friendly version the doesn't have a transmission or suspension but will still work. @88blaroo

  • 100% working car without native engine. 7.4 years ago

hey, ya wanna finesse me with the transmission? @BlackEmperorDragon

  • 100% working car without native engine. 7.4 years ago

Just a suggestion you should add gears and worm gears. And make them customizable so you could make it helical or not. That would help this so much. @PhilipTarpley

  • Mechanical test bed #2 (control system) 7.4 years ago

I think you should go more into the technical side of things like this. People like it more. @ThePrototype

  • First 100% Working Car Gen (2) 7.4 years ago

The engine poweres the clutch the clutch poweres a cv joint that powers a transmission the output of the transmission powers the differential drive great that powers the differential the differential splits the power to 2 wheels and lets them spin at different rates. The output from that goes into a cv joint that is inside the suspention the power from that is then transferred into one of the 2 rods. Look at my first car I didn't try to hide things and make it look clean. @KSPFSXandSP
