@Flightsonic not really. He technically decided to leave himself but it was due to the bullying which was out of his hands. IMO he should get his platinum back again, he built that up once already
It's weird that the download numbers have gone down so far. I remember I got a feature and 1.2k downloads on that plane before when I was still really little (bronze I think)
@Plane7and7Simple yeah forum post upvotes give two points while planes give 15 each. You'll need to upload a plane to get to bronze. Also, check the rules, specifically the part about upvotes
@GINGER01 yeah, that too. Now that he's back things could go back to normal without all the attention on him. Either way just people being nice will solve the problem
@GINGER01 true, however he was bullied out before the entire community knew of his problem. I'm sure if someone tried to bully him now there would be nothing short of a witch hunt on the person who did it
Hardest was probably my walker thing. The problem I spent most time with though is easily my HE-162 I made to celebrate getting silver. That was before trim and i threw everything I could into fixing the catastrophic nose-down tenancy it has. I couldn't fix it entirely, but if you dissect it you can find lots of hidden wings meant to help it
@DragonAerotech yeah, aquatic properties aside, this thing handles amazingly. I messed about in flyby view for a while just throwing it around and it just magically recovered with ease from anything I put it through
@Parli9 as long as the plane shows up as a successor (which means you used the same cockpit as the original plane) you don't need to give them another shout out in the description
Man I wish I could mod. I spend so much time and effort trying to make my planes at the same standard as the modded ones but it's really difficult. That's the main reason I don't build much, it's really tiring
@HSAeroWerkes1 SP physics don't model exhaust channeling like that. It just thinks those are weirdly angled wings and it screws with the plane's performance because of that. You'd need to rotate the engine itself to get true thrust vectoring
Yeah this is already in the game basically. There's no air up where space would be so things like atmospheric engines and control surfaces don't work and there's no air resistance. The only thing missing is the skybox
@2fast4u XML is the code that defines the part properties like mass, scale, engine thrust and other things. I'm not sure about getting access to it bc I'm on iOS but it's not something you "obtain" really
@Clawsome no. That would mean no attention to the relevant ones and people would be stuck looking at whatever somebody said last
@MasterManufacturingCo and right back at you. Accusing him of things impossible to know the answer to doesn't make you any better
@AntiSphere no, I mean upload the full detail version for PC like normal, and then simply remove the primary cockpit and upload it as unlisted and provide the link. Because the plane isn't connected to the cockpit, the website doesn't count those parts mobiles will be able to download it. And higher end mobile devices will be able to run 1000+ parts
If you could upload an unlisted version that was identical but with a detached cockpit, mobiles could download it and higher devices would be able to run it
That would be nice, so new people could see that it wasn't a vanilla part doing certain things, but it's not actually that unfair to iOS users. Most of my planes would be well into the modded side even though I can't actually do any of it myself
Yeah, just use the fuselages. That problem has been around since the game came out and fuselages were the solution
@Areonautics3 ...it's already been explained
1,111 lol that worked out well
@AntiSphere eh, I'll still give it a shot lol
A VW bus tank is the best kind of tank lol
@AntiSphere yes! I haven't seen any attempts to do that yet so it would be really cool
Homemade pizza is the best
@Flightsonic not really. He technically decided to leave himself but it was due to the bullying which was out of his hands. IMO he should get his platinum back again, he built that up once already
TB to the original water physics tho lmao
Yeah you're running the released version of 1.4 right now lol. The beta is long gone
It's weird that the download numbers have gone down so far. I remember I got a feature and 1.2k downloads on that plane before when I was still really little (bronze I think)
"You will NOT land this plane without spinning out on the runway" try me lol
I'm not the only one who smacks a cockpit on top while testing lol
@Plane7and7Simple yeah forum post upvotes give two points while planes give 15 each. You'll need to upload a plane to get to bronze. Also, check the rules, specifically the part about upvotes
@zed thank you again lol. I just followed, I didn't know your old account very well but I like your style
@GINGER01 yeah, that too. Now that he's back things could go back to normal without all the attention on him. Either way just people being nice will solve the problem
@GINGER01 true, however he was bullied out before the entire community knew of his problem. I'm sure if someone tried to bully him now there would be nothing short of a witch hunt on the person who did it
DAYUM
@Lance2274 scaling makes it physically smaller, but the part count stays the same. It would not change mobile device's ability to run it
@luciferxolotl you can just find one that someone's already made
j is my favorite letter!

HoW MAnY BEES? TWO BEES? THe 2B BOMBSPIRIT?
@DragonAerotech yeah, aquatic properties aside, this thing handles amazingly. I messed about in flyby view for a while just throwing it around and it just magically recovered with ease from anything I put it through
I've had it since December 2014 lol
@Parli9 as long as the plane shows up as a successor (which means you used the same cockpit as the original plane) you don't need to give them another shout out in the description
Early jet fighters
A composer called two steps from hell. Listening to that right now actually lmao
Awesome!
I thought you were going for a perpendicular carrier landing at first, that was way better!
@TheOwlAce yeah I did that and flew it around a bit, but I tried to do a water landing and it just sunk when I throttled down
Man I wish I could mod. I spend so much time and effort trying to make my planes at the same standard as the modded ones but it's really difficult. That's the main reason I don't build much, it's really tiring
@ChaMikey yeah lol nothing major you just left one of the stripes the main color instead of the darker grey
Awesome! But. It sinks..
Odd placement of stars, but cool

@2fast4u I'm pretty sure there are programs that let you get into the XML. Or you can download the fine tuner mod. I don't have a link to that tho
Making the vectoring part structural panels instead of wings should help and @bspboy here
@2fast4u oh ok. Yeah you'd have to ask somebody else I wouldn't know
Yeah this is already in the game basically. There's no air up where space would be so things like atmospheric engines and control surfaces don't work and there's no air resistance. The only thing missing is the skybox

Name it bad processor you low settings scum! Lol jk jk but maybe like the prowler or the assailant?
@AntiSphere thanks! And @Stampede here you go
Nice! You really got the wings to look pretty good. (PS. You missed a spot on the right drop tank lol)
@Clawsome no. That would mean no attention to the relevant ones and people would be stuck looking at whatever somebody said last

The fuselage needs to be a tad wider imo on the one you made, but 2 would still be better
That would be nice, so new people could see that it wasn't a vanilla part doing certain things, but it's not actually that unfair to iOS users. Most of my planes would be well into the modded side even though I can't actually do any of it myself
'MURICA! F*K YEAH!!
WE'RE GONNA SAVE THE MOTHER FKNIN DAY YEAH
