No, the F-18 is a very balanced aerodynamically and if you deploy the air brakes and nose up like that it goes straight up and does not do a cobra like the movie.... I know I know it’s sad that you can’t “Hit the breaks and make your enemies fly right by” in the F-18 but it’s sadly true
