If you're launching from the catapult at ~60-65% throttle or above, don't use flaps or pull up too hard after launch because the launch bar can kick up into the engine.
I've gone in and made some changes to your gunship, mind if I upload it and give credit to you?
I've:
-changed the howitzer from using a wing gun to a cannon (uses realistic muzzle velocity, has realistic firerate and ammo capacity)
-redone the howitzer (repainted the barrel, adjusted the counterweight to match another aircraft of the same wing, more info on it later)
-swapped the wing gun in the 40mm to a cannon (realistic muzzle velocity, size, and ammo capacity)
Aircraft used as a reference: AC-130H Spectre, registration 69-6572, serial number 382-4346, tail number 96572; aircraft info obtained from https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/6053894 and references (specifically on the 105mm) from http://data3.primeportal.net/hangar/michael_block/ac-130h/index.php?Page=1
The photo album I linked above has pictures of 69-6572 as it appeared at the 2009 Joint Service Open House at Joint Base Andrews. Photo credit to their respective authors, credit to this in-game aircraft to you.
@unCANNY my suggestion would be similar to this where each sound file would be used for a different area in cannon size, something like this:
0-49mm: small
50-99mm: medium
100-199mm: large
200mm+: huge
the reason the larger sized guns cover more area is because deeper sounds can be scaled to lower pitches while still sounding somewhat normal.
95% Accurate.
-Where are the tracks?
-The wheels that are there have too much rubber.
-The MG port is not outcropped.
-There are no seats, much less a cloth/leather backrest.
-The front plate is far too sloped.
-The tow ropes and hooks that would be positioned on the front aren't there.
-Lacking driver's viewport on left side and the improved frontal viewport isn't there.
-There are no headlights.
-The entire backside of the tank is missing its flat end.
-The frontal "track" wheel's cover is angled too much.
-The track's guide wheels and lower wheels could use work.
-The rear lower glacis on left and right side isn't rounded.
-Hatches are incorrect.
-The holes for towhooks that are always present on the front are missing.
-Almost all T-20 crews mounted a spare track wheel.
-The backing for the seats should be higher.
-Of course, the gun is too big.
- The gun didn't have a ball mount.
-The Finnish painted most of theirs white. Because, you know, it was winter during the Winter War.
To the idiots that question if aircraft like these:
If these can fly under flak fire, with bullet holes, leaking fuel, and missing 2 engines I think they can fly today undamaged with proper maintenance.
Hey, I was just looking around and loved the design, detail, and realistic controls of your aircraft. Thus, I have a request for your next build. I would like to see an EA-6B Prowler. Also, what is the cockpit view? It's blocked on most sides.
@Epicfail Hey, it took quite a bit for it to float properly instead of drowning the engines or drowning the driver and potentially the tank and everyone else. Why don't you download the original M18 and try making it float without this. Do it on a timer, and I would prefer you record it and send it to me so I can confirm you tested it and made it work. NO READING THE PERCENTAGE ON THE FLOATS, "DOING" LOOPHOLES OR ANY OTHER FORM OF CHEATING!!!
Alright. I'll do it, upload it, give ya a link and you can delete this one and put mine up. Or instead I could move the cockpit off, and move it somewhere on a plane then undo it. It will keep the planes on the screen when u load it but it's not physically on them and the planes are all good. I can put a camera on the one that had it too :)
I can't do it yet, as I am currently in Dallas Fort Worth after flying from North Carolina heading to California. But I may be able to do it once the plane gets up to altitude and the WiFi turns on.
There is one small problem: You need cockpits in all of them not just one. It gives the orange one too much weight. The one behind it collides with it and so does the one behind that, and the ones on the right speed away.
@AeroEngineering It might be tricky because when it was ammoracked it would nuke the battlefield. Basically, an actual nuke would detonate inside of it.
You don't need the jet engine, you could just click the propeller engine and put the horsepower (HP) to full. Then it won't be so loud that you can't hear the gun firing even though your camera is inside it.
I've tested it and it works beautifully. It's slow in the water to be realistic, but floats like a real life one would. I can upload it and send a link to you so you can try it out, if you want.
@EngineerOtaku It's not an easy one to do, and it's done quite well- keep up the good work!
@EngineerOtaku don't worry about it- it's a beautiful aircraft, don't get me wrong; and everyone makes mistakes!
+1I've redone the cannon and things again, mind if I upload it with credit?
oh. you're telling me i spent all my time for nothing? well sh*t

@unCANNY I'm not sure they check the thread often? IDK, I'm out of the loop by some years and just getting back into the game
+1@unCANNY lovely- but I don't know about you, I can't mod.

@ChrisPy unsurprising, given SP limitations
Astounding job done with all of them!
@aerodummy thanks mate, I wrote that some time ago and I apologize for being harsh- I just thought this was clickbait by adding 95% accurate
Does the ECM pod work?
95% Accurate.

You should try the SA 330, beautiful but nobody's done it.
Hello, I redid this with skis. Permission to upload?
+1redo with new stuff they added pls
goodjob.
Can you do me a favour and make the Vought OS2U Kingfisher?

Never to forget this lovely aircraft.

@shipster I followed you as a thank-you and a compliment to the amazing things you have published.
@Epicfail, listen. I have the right to post this with permission, as do you. And @shipster, thank you for understanding.

@Epicfail Hey at least it works.
Why
I was able to pause the game just before one rammed me
Well
Welcome to Lake Tahoe!
Plus the second one I might screw up as I usually do when I do it.
Alright

I would like a jet version
I can do it if you really want me to

@DUDMIN Not inside the fuel tank inside the fuselage on the back of the fuel tanks that are inside the fuselage.
@DUDMIN I soon realized this, and i instead put another WWII engine on the fuel tanks inside it and set it to reverse rotation and full HP.
You don't need the jet engine, you could just click the propeller engine and put the horsepower (HP) to full. Then it won't be so loud that you can't hear the gun firing even though your camera is inside it.

Hey, zhouzl, may I have permission to upload an amphibious version of your tank? I will credit your name in the description along with the controls.
